Հայաստանում տեղակայված ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելության դիտորդների թիվը կավելանա։ Այս մասին մարտի մեկին Հանրային ՀԸ-ի եթերում հայտնեց ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշեց. «Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանը շատ երկար է, այն ռեսուրսները, որոնք մինչ այս պահն ունեցել է ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը, չեն կարող պատշաճ աշխատել։ Մենք գտնում ենք, որ ԵՄ առաքելությունն արդյունավետ աշխատանք է կատարում, և դրա համար ավելի մեծ կարողություններ պետք է ունենա աշխատանքը շարունակելու և այն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար»:
Հարցազրուցավար Պետրոսին Ղազարյանի հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է, որ ԵՄ առաքելությունը դիտորդություն իրականացնի ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի, այլև Թուրքիայի և Իրանի հետ սահմանին, Գրիգորյանը պատասխանեց, որ առաքելությունը գործում է միայն հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի երկայնքով։
Նա անդրադարձավ նաև Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի այն հայտարարությանը, թե ԵՄ դիտորդները «հետախուզական գործունեություն են ծավալում Ռուսատանի և Իրանի նկատմամբ»: Այս առնչությամբ Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ այդ պնդումն անհասկանալի է:
«Ես չեմ հասկանում՝ ինչու է Ռուսաստանն իր խնդիրները հասցեագրելու նպատակով այլ երկրների մասին ևս խոսում։ Նախ, Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանին ԵՄ դիտորդները ներկա չեն, չեմ հասկանում՝ ինչու են ՌԴ ներկայացուցիչները նման պնդուներ անում, բայց միանշանակ է, որ նրանք ներկա են միայն Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին, կայունություն են բերում տարածաշրջան, Հայաստանի շահերից է բխում, որ կայունություն լինի։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ ինչպես կարող են ԵՄ դիտորդները լրտեսություն անել Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ, Ռուսաստանը կարող է ցանկացած մեղադրանք ներկայացնել, փաստեր թող ներկայացնեն, քննարկենք»,-նշեց Գրիգորյանը:
