«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Argumenti.ru-ն «Հեռանալ հայկական ձևով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ եթե բրիտանացիները հեռանում են առանց հրաժեշտ տալու, ապա հայերը հրաժեշտ են տալիս, բայց չեն հեռանում։ Միայն այդպես կարելի է գնահատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը ՀԱՊԿ-ում Երևանի մասնակցության «սառեցման» մասին։ Երևի հենց Ֆրանսիան է ընդհուպ մինչև Հայաստանում սահմանափակ զորամիավորումների տեղակայմամբ նշանակվել Երևանի նոր կուրատոր։
Ինչպես Փաշինյանն է ասում, դա Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի տարածքի զավթումը կանխելու համար է: Կարիք չկա փորձել գնահատել իրադարձությունների զարգացման նման հնարավորությունը, քանի որ կան և՛ կողմ, և՛ դեմ (սա պետք է առանձին քննարկել) նախադրյալներ, բայց նկատելի է, որ Երևանում լրջորեն հավատում են, որ դա հնարավոր է, և փնտրում են ապահովագրություն: Խնդիրն այն է, որ եվրոպական ապահովագրությունն ընդհանրապես, և փարիզյան ապահովագրությունը՝ մասնավորապես, անհուսալի են։ Բայց մինչ հայ քաղաքական առաջնորդները շտապում են հովանավոր փնտրել, նրանք բաց են թողել սեփական բանակը բարեփոխելու հնարավորությունը և դրա համար վճարել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կորստով։ Իսկ Բաքուն լրջորեն ու մանրակրկիտ էր պատրաստվել դրան՝ թիկունքում ունենալով այնպիսի լուրջ դաշնակից, ինչպիսին Թուրքիան է։
Հակամարտության մեջ որոշիչ դեր խաղացին հենց թուրքական ժամանակակից զինատեսակները, այդ թվում՝ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, մշտական համատեղ զորավարժությունները, հրահանգիչները։ Եվ դրա հետ միասին Բաքուն ոչ միայն բավականին ագրեսիվ արտաքին քաղաքականություն է վարում, այլ նաև հմտորեն խաղում է Եվրոպայի կարիքների վրա՝ համեմատաբար էժան էներգառեսուրսներ տալով։ Այսպիսով, 2023 թվականին Բաքուն ԵՄ է մատակարարել 12 միլիարդ խորանարդ մետր բնական գազ։ Իսկ 2027 թվականին այն արդեն կկազմի 20 մլրդ: Բաքուն նաև արտահանել է 26 մլն տոննա նավթ։ Թվերն, իհարկե, համեստ են, բայց որոշ եվրոպական երկրների համար դրանք չափազանց կարևոր են։ Հետևաբար, Բրյուսելը միշտ էլ աչք է փակելու տեղի ունեցողի վրա, այսինքն, ասելու է՝ տղե՛րք, ինքներդ պարզեք ձեր հարցերը։
