Այսօր լրանում է 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի իրադարձությունների 16-րդ տարելիցը։ ArmLur.am-ը զրուցել է փաստաբան, մարտի 1-ի գործով քաղաքական հալածանքների ենթարկված մի շարք անձանց փաստաբան Հովիկ Արսենյանի հետ, ով ներկայացրել է, որ ներկայիս իշխանությունը չի հասկանում՝ ինչ ասել է «մարտի 1-ը բացահայտված է»։
-Պարոն Արսենյան, ինչ եք կարծում բացահայտված է մարտի 1-ը, թե՝ ոչ, եթե ոչ, ապա ինչու։
-Իսկ կարո՞ղ են իշխանականները բացատրել՝ ինչ են հասկանում «մարտի 1-ը բացահայտված է» ասելով։ Խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ եթե նույնիսկ անուններ տան, ովքեր են հրաման տվել կամ հանցավոր արարք գործել, միևնույնն է վաղեմության ժամկետն անցել է։
Փորձեցին այդ անձանց անունները տալ, իսկապես այն անձինք կամ սպաները, ովքեր հրաման տվեցին կրակելու կամ հարձակվելու մարդկանց վրա, նրանք կան, կրակողները ևս կան։ Արդեն էական էլ չի կոնկրետ անուններ կտան, թե չեն տա, որովհետև հիմնականում այն աստիճանի իրավիճակ է փոխվել այս քաղաքական իշխանության օրոք, որ 3-րդ նախագահը վերջերս իր հարցազրույցում ասաց՝ ժամանակին մարտի 1-ը, որ տեղի է ունեցել, իրավապահ համակարգը միանգամայն ճիշտ և արդարացի է գործել։ Սա այն դեպքում, երբ իր նախագահության օրոք նա որևէ վերաբերմունք ցույց չի տվել։
Անպատժելիությունը բերել է այս արդյունքին։
-Պարոն Արսենյան, ասում եք կա վաղեմության ժամկետ, որը գոծին, թերևս, վնասում է որոշ չափով, այս դեպքում ի՞նչ ընթացք պետք է տանք հիմա։
– Բոլոր դեպքում պաշտոնեական հանցագործությունների վաղեմության ժամկետն անցել է։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ մեր երկրի վրա դա խարան մնաց։ Հանուն արդարության և իշխանության ջատագովները ներկա պահին իրենց ներիշխանական քաղաքականությունն են առաջ տանում։
-Ներկայիս իշխանությունը եկավ բացահայտելու խոստումով, բայց կարծես դրա տակ փորձեց կոծկել մարտի 1-ի մեղավորներին, մինչև այսօր անուններ չկան։
-Ես չեմ պատկերացնում… նրանք հայտարարեցին, որ կբացահայտվի, և այսօր պարզապես անունները հրապարակված չեն։ Մարտի 1-ը բացահայտված է, սակայն նպատակահարմար չեն համարում հրապարակել։
-Ինչու նպատակահարմար չեն համարում։
-Իշխանության կամքն է դա, ինչ կարող ենք անել։
