«Զվարթնոցում» ռուս սահմանապահների ներկայության հարցը ՔՊ–ի օրակարգում է. Հովհաննիսյան

ՀՀ ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությանն անհանգստացնում է «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ռուս սահմանապահների ներկայությունը։ Այս մասին խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ ասաց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը։
«Մեզ անհանգստացնում է այդ հարցը, մեր քաղաքական թիմի օրակարգում է, քննարկումներ են տեղի ունենում։ Որոշումներ երբ լինեն, ինստիտուցիոնալ ճանապարհով բոլորս կիմանանք»,– նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը։
Հարցին, թե ինչ հարց է քննարկվում, ՔՊ–ական պատգամավորը շեշտեց` հանրության շրջանում եղած անհանգստությունները նաև իրենց քաղաքական թիմում կան, հենց այդ կոնտեքստում էլ քննարկումներն են ընթանում։ Նրա խոսքով` անհանգստությունները վերաբերում են ոչ թե սահմանապահների թվին, այլ նրանց այնտեղ լինելուն։
Հարցին` արդյոք այս մասով քննարկումներ սկսվել են նաև ռուսական կողմի հետ, Հովհաննիսյանը չցանկացավ պատասխանել։
Հիշեցնենք` ավելի վաղ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ռուս սահմանապահները պետք է դադարեցնեն ծառայություն իրականացնել Երևանի «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում:
ՌԴ սահմանապահները ծառայություն են իրականացնում հայ-թուրքական և հայ-իրանական սահմանին՝ Հայաստանի տարածքում Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ զորքերի կարգավիճակի մասին 1992թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Երևանում կնքված միջպետական պայմանագրի համաձայն: Հայաստանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ Սահմանապահ վարչությունը ներառում է չորս սահմանապահ ջոկատ՝ Գյումրիում, Արմավիրում, Արտաշատում և Մեղրիում, ինչպես նաև առանձին անցակետ Երևանի «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում:
