Վարչախումբն օգնության անվան տակ իր վրայից գցում է տեղահանվածների հանդեպ պարտականությունները

Արցախից տեղահանված 100 հազարից ավելի հայրենակիցների խնդիրները լուծելու փոխարեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները զբաղված են հերթական պոպուլիստական և վնասակար քայլերով, ինչի համար արժանացել են Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերի բավականին կոշտ քննադատությանը։ Մասնավորապես Հայաստանի կառավարությունն առաջարկել է Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց խնդիրների երկարաժամկետ լուծման, բնակարանային ապահովման համար յուրաքանչյուր շնչի հատկացնել 3 միլիոն դրամի սերտիֆիկատ։ Դրանք անչափահասներին տրվելու են անհատուց, չափահասներին՝ գումարի վերադարձի պայմանով։
Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն օրերս հարցազրույց է տվել և ներկայացրել իրենց ծրագրի մանրամասները։ Միևնույն ժամանակ արցախի քաղաքական ուժերը չափազանց կոշտ են արձագանքել այս առաջարկին, ընդ որում Արցախի ԱԺ բոլոր հինգ խմբակցությունները միահամուռ հայտարարություն են տարածել, նշել, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից նախատեսվող ծրագրերը համարժեք չեն տիրող իրավիճակին՝ ընդգծելով, որ մինչ այժմ իրականացված որևէ ծրագիր չի քննարկվել Արցախի ժողովրդի կողմից լեգիտիմ մանդատ ունեցող Ազգային ժողովի հետ, իսկ ներկայացված առաջարկներն անտեսվել են, արցախցի պատգամավորներն անընդունելի են համարել Արցախից տեղահանված ժողովրդի համար բնակարաններ ձեռք բերելու կապակցությամբ դեռևս քննարկվող ծրագիրը, որը հանգեցնելու է արցախցիների հիասթափությունն ու դժգոհությունը, արդյունքում խթանվելու է արտագաղթը և բողոքների ալիքը, խաթարվելու է հավաքական վերադարձի ակնկալիքը։
Առաջին անգամ է, որ Արցախի խորհրդարանն այսպիսի կոշտ գնահատականներ է հնչեցնում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների անհեթեթ և վնասակար քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ։ Փաստացի, փաշինյանական վարչախումբն արցախցիների խնդիրները լուծելու փոխարեն, ցանկանում է ընդամենը չնչին գումարներ վճարել տեղահանված արցախցիներին, այն էլ մեծ մասին վարկի տեսքով, և գլուխն ազատել հնարավոր խնդիրներից, մինչդեռ իրականում խնդիրներն ավելի են խորանալու։
