ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանն այսօր անդրադարձել է զինծառայողների ատեստավորման համակարգի ներդրմանը․
«Փոխնախարարը հրապարակեց, որ մինչև հիմա ատեստացիային մասնակցել է 5908 զինծառայող։ Իշխանությունը տպավորություն է ստեղծում, որ զինծառայողների աշխատավարձը բարձրացրել է։ 5908-ից 2957-ի աշխատավարձը չի բարձրացրել, անբավարար են ստացել։ Ոչ թե վատ զինծառայող են, ոչ թե գիտելիքներն են պակաս, այլ հազար տեսակի պատճառներով կան։ Հատկապես, պայմանագրային շարքային կազմից մատների վրա կարելի է հաշվել, թե քանիսն են գերազանց ստացել»,- ասել է Մանուկյանը։
Նա նշել է, որ իրենց խմբակցությունը կողմ կքվեարկի «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» և «Պետական պաշտոններ ու պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» օրենքներում փոփոխությունների նախագծերի փաթեթին, քանի որ սա ինչ-որ տեղ փորձ է՝ բարելավելու վճարման համակարգը․ «Սա եզակի դեպքերից է, որ ընդդիմությունը կողմ է քվեարկում նախագծին, որովհետև, մեր կարծիքով, ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն, որը բարելավում է հայրենիքի պաշտպանների, մեր զինծառայողների սոցիալական վիճակը, միայն ողջունելի է», - ասել է նա։
