Власти Азербайджана уничтожают армянское кладбище села Хин Шен в оккупированном Арцахе

Азербайджан на государственном уровне уничтожает культурное наследие оккупированного Арцаха. Ежедневно фиксируются десятки фактов азербайджанского вандализма. На очередном видеоролике, опубликованном в интернете, четко видно, как азербайджанские вандалы разрушают кладбище села Хин Шен в Шушинском районе Республики Арцах с помощью строительной техники.
В результате широкомасштабной войны, развязанной турецко-азербайджанским террористическим тандемом 27 сентября 2020 г, и после полной депортации армян из Арцаха в 2023 г, мишенью политики культурного геноцида, проводимая Азербайджаном на государственном уровне, стали историческое кладбище Шуши, многочисленные кладбища населенных пунктов Гадрутского и Мартунинского районов, кладбища села Сгнах Аскеранского района, братского кладбища села Атерк Мартакертского района и т.д.
Все это еще раз показывает, что культурное наследие Арцаха находится под угрозой уничтожения и присвоения.
В соответствии со статьей 4 Гаагской конвенции о защите культурных ценностей во время вооруженных конфликтов от 1954 г, запрещены любые акты вандализма, кражи, грабежа, присвоения, вражды и мести в отношении культурного наследия. Первый Гаагский протокол 1954 года запрещает уничтожение культурных или духовных ценностей на оккупированных территориях.
