ՀԷՑ-ը տուգանվեց 10 միլիոն դրամով

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի 2023 թվականի մարտի 1-ի №61-Ն որոշմամբ փոփոխություններ են կատարվել սպառման համակարգերն էլեկտրական ցանցին միացման մասին պայմանագրերի օրինակելի ձևերում, որոնց համաձայն՝ էլեկտրական ցանցին միացման վճարների վճարման համար սահմանված 24-ամսյա ժամկետը փոխարինվել է տասնօրյա ժամկետով։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀԾԿՀ-ից:
«Նույն որոշման 2-րդ կետով «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ին հանձնարարվել է սահմանված ժամկետում ապահովել կատարված փոփոխությունների մասին օրինակելի ձևերին համապատասխան կնքված պայմանագրերի կողմ հանդիսացող այն սպառողների և դիմող անձանց պատշաճ ծանուցումը, ովքեր որոշման ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահին ամբողջությամբ չեն վճարել միացման վճարը։
Հանձնաժողով մուտքագրված մի շարք դիմում-բողոքների քննարկման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ որոշ դեպքերում ընկերությունը չի ապահովել վերոնշյալ որոշման 2-րդ կետի պահանջը, ուստի հանձնաժողովը հարուցել է վարչական վարույթ։ Վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է, որ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ն համապատասխան ծանուցումներն ուղարկել է ոչ թե պայմանագրերով ամրագրված ծանուցման հասցեներով, այլ միացման հասցեներով, ինչի արդյունքում դիմող անձանց պատշաճ ծանուցումը չի ապահովվել։
Ուստի հանձնաժողովն այսօրվա նիստում ընկերությանը տուգանեց 10 000 000 (տասը միլիոն) դրամ գումարի չափով»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
