Մենք երեք փոխտնօրեններով աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմում ենք ներկայացրել, քանի որ դեմ ենք տնօրենի վարած քաղաքականությանը։ Այդ մասին MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Երևանի Նաիրի Զարյանի անվան թիվ 130 դպրոցի փոխտնօրեն Ալիսա Մանուկյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տնօրենի հետ աշխատել այլևս հնարավոր չէ։ Նշենք, որ հիմա դպրոցի տնօրենի պաշտոնում է Նոնա Հովսեփյանը։
«Ես որպես ուսուցիչ չեմ աշխատանքից ազատվում, այլ՝ որպես փոխտնօրեն։ Չեմ կարող տեսնել՝ ինչպես է կործանվում դպրոցը։ Վիրավորում է ուսուցիչներին, ինքնահաստատվում է։ Ու հիմա ես չեմ ուզում այս ամեն ինչի մեջ մնալ՝ որպես փոխտնօրեն։ Ես 30 տարի այս դպրոցում եմ, ունեմ անուն ու պատիվ, ու չեմ թողնի, որ ինչ-որ մեկի թեթև ձեռքով անունս արատավորվի»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Ալիսա Մանուկյանը ցավով նշեց՝ դպրոց չի մնացել։ «Ուսուցիչների մեջ իրար նկատմամբ բամբասանքը տանելի չէ։ Դպրոցում նման բան չպիտի լինի»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը։
Անդրադառնալով դպրոցում անցկացվող դասադուլին՝ փոխտնօրենը նկատեց՝ ծնողներն իրենց կամքով են եկել, երեք փոխտնօրեններից և ոչ մեկը չի խնդրել աջակցություն։
«Իրենց աջակցությունն են բերել ծնողները, քանի որ տեսել են՝ ինչ ավանդ ունենք մենք։ Բարձր դասարանի աշակերտները մեզ հարգելով, մեզ սիրելով են նման ակցիա անում։ Մենք ծնողներին էլ ենք հորդորել, որ երեխաներին դասի բերեն, թեև ասում էին, որ չեն բերելու։ Իսկ դասամիջոցին մենք չենք կարող վերահսկել երեխաներին, ինչ կգոռան, ինչ կասեն, դա չենք կարող վերահսկել»,- ասաց դպրոցի փոխտնօրենը՝ անդրադառնալով «Հովսեփյա՛ն, հեռացի՛ր» վանկարկումներին։
Ալիսա Մանուկյանը նկատեց նաև, որ իր համար հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու են ոստիկաններին բերել դպրոց։
«Մենք աշակերտներին հորդորել ենք չանել նման բան, չբղավել։ Թող տնօրենը դուրս գար, աշակերտներին հանգստացներ»,- նշեց Ալիսա Մանուկյանը։
