Ադրբեջանի նոր պահանջը և վարչախմբի վախվորած արձագանքները

Մինչ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարում են Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ նոր գանգատներ միջազգային դատարաններ ներկայացնելու հնարավորության մասին, Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից պահանջում է հրաժարվել իր դեմ ներկայացված բոլոր նախկին գանգատներից։
Ապրիլի 15-ից 26-ը ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում կանցկացվեն լսումներ՝ «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի և Ադրբեջանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի գործերով»։ Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ Հայաստանը շարունակում է աշխատանքները Եվրոպական դատարան և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում Հայաստանին ներկայացրած պահանջների վերաբերյալ՝ գործողությունների առումով։
Օրեր առաջ, սակայն, հայտնի է դարձել, որ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելուց բացի, Բաքուն նաև պահանջում է Հայաստանից հրաժարվել ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված հայցերից։ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանի դեմ 4 միջպետական գանգատ է ներկայացրել Եվրոպական դատարան, ևս մեկ գանգատ էլ քննվում է ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում։ Հայկական իշխանություններն, ի դեպ, չեն բացառում, որ հրաժարվեն այդ հայցերից։
Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, որ եթե ադրբեջանցիները հրաժարվեն իրենց հայցերից, հնարավոր է հայկական կողմն էլ հրաժարվի, ինչը, նշենք, աբսուրդ և անհեթեթ իրավիճակ է։ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանի դեմ հայց է ներկայացրել ադրբեջանցիների իրականացրած ռազմական հանցագործությունների, վայրագությունների բազմաթիվ հարցերով, ընդ որում որոշ փաստեր պարտակվել և չեն էլ ներկայացվել։ Հատկապես հաշվի առնելով Արևմուտքի հետ անոնսավորվող հարաբերությունների չափազանց բարձր մակարդակի մասին՝ տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակեին այդ գանգատները ներկայացնել և հասնել որոշակի խնդիրների լուծմանն առնվազն արձանագրելով Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած ռազմական հանցագործությունները։
Հենց այս հանգամանքն է, հիշեցնենք, Հայաստանը ներկայացնում միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացնելու համար, և այժմ հնարավոր գանգատներից հրաժարվելը հերթական անգամ վկայում է գործող իշխանությունների ապիկար և դավաճան էությունը, որ ոչ միայն Արցախն են ամբողջությամբ հանձնել Ադրբեջանին, այլ նաև ընդհանրապես իրավական ընթացակարգով փակում են երբևէ Արցախը վերադարձնելու հնարավորությունը։
