Նոր նախարարի նշանակումը խուճապ է առաջացրել գործարար համայնքում

Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնում կարկառուն ՔՊ-ական Գևորգ Պապոյանի նշանակումը խուճապային տրամադրություններ է առաջացրել գործարար համայնքում։ Առանց այն էլ Հայաստանը քաղաքական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի Ռուսաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ այլ գործընկերների հետ, իսկ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու իր ջանքերը, ՀԱՊԿ-ի վերաբերյալ վերջին հայտարարությունները, ինչպես նաև հակառուսական այլ դրսևորումները սպառնում են խնդիրներ հարուցել նաև տնտեսական ոլորտում, հատկապես ծանր է իրավիճակն արտահանման առումով, գործարարները մտավախություն ունեն, որ գյուղատնտեսական սեզոնը բացվելուն պես Ռուսաստանը սկսելու է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել, ինչպես նաև տարբեր կառույցների միջոցով արգելափակելու է հայկական ապրանքների ներկրումը, ինչը բնականաբար ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու հատկապես հայ արտադրողների և արտահանողների համար։
Վահան Քերոբյանին առնվազն հաջողվում էր ինչ-որ չափով կարգավորել այդ խնդիրները, նաև բանակցությունների միջոցով որոշակի փոխզիջումների հասնել։ Նրան ռուսական կողմն ավելի շատ ընկալում էր ոչ թե քաղաքական պաշտոնյայի, այլ գործարարի, որի հետ հնարավոր էր լեզու գտնել։
Գևորգ Պապոյանը ոչ միայն մասնագիտական բավարար հմտություններ չունի, այլ նաև Ռուսաստանում կապեր չունի մարդկանց հետ հանդիպելու, բանակցելու, Հայաստանի համար որոշակի զիջումներ կորզելու, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի պատժամիջոցները կանխելու հարցում։ Մեր զրուցակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ գործարարներն առաջիկայում մտադիր են հանդիպել Պապոյանի հետ, քննարկել իրենց հուզող բոլոր խնդիրները՝ ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ։
Իշխանությունները Պապոյանի նշանակումից հետո մտադիր են դիվերսիֆիկացնել տնտեսական հարաբերությունները և արտահանման նոր ուղիներ փնտրել հատկապես Մերձավոր արևելքում, այդ ուղղությամբ, սակայն, առայժմ որևէ աշխատանք չի տարվել։
