Քասախ գյուղում կատարված սպանությունը բացահայտվել է, հետախուզվող հայրն ու որդիները հայտնաբերվել են

Փետրվարի 23-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Քասախ գյուղից ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 52-ամյա Վաղիկ Ասատրյանը: Նա հիվանդանոցում մահացել էր:

Իրացնելով ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները՝ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, Նաիրիի, Հրազդանի, Կոտայքի և Չարենցավանի բաժինների ծառայողները համատեղ ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ փետրվարի 23-ի ժամը 16.15-ի սահմաններում Քասախ գյուղի Վազգեն Սարգսյան փողոցի բնակիչ 35 և 32 երկու երիտասարդ իրենց 63-ամյա հոր հետ, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, շենքի բակում դիտավորությամբ քարերով հարվածել և վնասել են 33-ամյա հարևանի «Մազդա» մակնիշի մեքենան, ինչից հետո եղբայրները գնացել են գյուղի փոստատան մոտ, որտեղ հանդիպելով 52-ամյա համագյուղացուն՝ կանգնեցրել են նրա վարած «Համերը» և սկսել են վիճաբանել հետը:
Այդ ընթացքում էլ եղբայրներից 35 տարեկանը դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել 52-ամյա տղամարդու կրծքավանդակին և որովայինին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Այնուհետև եղբայրները նստել են նրա «Համերը» և սկսել են անկանոն երթևեկել գյուղի փողոցներով՝ դիտավորյալ վնասելով կայանված «Մերսեդես», «ՎԱԶ-21061» և «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի մեքենաները:
Ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի կողմից փետրվարի 26-ին Քասախ գյուղի վերոհիշյալ երեք բնակիչների նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Իրացնելով ԱԱԾ Նաիրիի բաժանմունքի և ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի ծառայողների ստացած օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները՝ ՔՈԳՎ, Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, Նաիրիի, Կոտայքի, Հրազդանի, Չարենցավանի բաժինների և ԱԱԾ Նաիրիի բաժանմունքի ծառայողների համատեղ ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների շնորհիվ փետրվարի 26-ի ժամը 16.30-ին Երևան քաղաքի Նալբանդյան փողոցում հայտնաբերվել և Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին են ներկայացվել Քասախ գյուղի բնակիչ 32-ամյա, 35-ամյա և 63-ամյա տղամարդիկ: Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում, դատարանի որոշմամբ, Քասախ գյուղի Խաչանովի փողոցի տներից մեկում կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է ծխախոտի տուփ՝ 100 գրամ յուրահատուկ հոտով դեղնականաչավուն կանեփանման զանգվածով:
