Հաշվեքննիչ պալատն է հանրայնացրել Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի տարեկան կատարման հաշվեքննությունը: Արձանագրվել է, որ  «Հարկային և մաքսային ծառայություններ» միջոցառման շրջանակում 411100՝ «Աշխատողների աշխատավարձեր և հավելավճարներ» տնտեսագիտական դասակարգման հոդվածով առկա է անհամապատասխանություն և խեղաթյուրում՝ կապված նշված հոդվածով 2022թ. ընթացքում աշխատակիցներին վճարված շուրջ 55 միլիոն 173 հազ. դրամ պարգևատրումների հետ: Հաշվեքննիչը նշել է, որ Ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի 2007թ. հունվարի 9-ի համապատասխան հրամանի համաձայն, պարգևատրումները դասակարգվում և արտացոլվում են 411200 տնտեսագիտական հոդվածում:

ՀՊ-ն արժանահավատ չի համարել նաև գերատեսչությունում ավտոմեքենաների վառելիքի գծով ծախսերի ճանաչման և ֆինանսական արդյունքների մասին հաշվետվությունում արտացոլված չափը: «2022թ. պետական բյուջեի տարեկան կատարման հաշվետվությունում ավտոմեքենաների վառելիքի՝ 132 միլիոն 549.000 դրամի չափով փաստացի ծախսերը ճանաչվել և արտացոլվել են առանց դրանց արժանահավատությունն ապահովող ավտոմեքենաների երթուղային թերթիկներում փաստացի կատարած վազքի ցուցմունքների»,- արձանագրել է հաշվեքննողը:

ՀՊ-ն ներկայացրել է նաև  ՊԵԿ-ում 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեի ինն ամիսների կատարման հաշվեքննության արդյունքները: Հաշվեքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2022 թվականի տարեկան և 2023 թվականի նախորդ եռամսյակների հաշվեքննությունների արդյունքում արձանագրված անհամապատասխանությունների շտկման ուղղությամբ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի առաջարկները ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից չիրականացնելու պատճառով, գործնականում նույն անհամապատասխանությունները կրկնվել են նաև հաշվեքննությունն ընդգրկող ժամանակաշրջանում։

Հաշվեքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՊԵԿ ավտոմեքենաների վառելիքի ծախսը հիմնավորող սկզբնական հաշվառման փաստաթղթերում՝ երթուղային թերթիկներում, բացակայում են օրական կամ ամսական վազքի ցուցմունքները: Բացի այդ, առկա է խեղաթյուրում 512900 «Այլ մեքենաներ և սարքավորումներ» և 425200  «Ընթացիկ նորոգում և պահպանում» տնտեսագիտական դասակարգման հոդվածներով կատարված ծախսերի մասով՝ 452,225.63 հազ. դրամ գումարի չափով:
