Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հետ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը։
«Մենք մինչ այժմ խոսում ենք, որ ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով բազային աջակցության չափ պետք է լինի 3 միլիոն դրամը, հավանական է՝ այդ չափն էլ կամրագրվի հենց կառավարության որոշմամբ առաջիկայում որպես ֆինանսական մեխանիզմ օգտագործելու եղանակ։
Եթե ընտանիքը բաղկացած է 5 անդամից, դա նշանակում է, որ 15 միլիոնով, այդ սերտիֆիկատով կարող է դիմել որևէ առևտրային բանկ, առևտրային բանկը կֆինանսավորի այն բնակարանի ձեռքբերումը, որը ընտանիքը կցանկանա ունենալ և մենք այդ ընտանիքի փոխարեն կվճարենք բանկի գումարը հաջորդ 10 տարիների ընթացքում։
Անչափահաս երեխաների հաշվով տրվող աջակցության չափը կլինի անվերադարձ, աշխատելու ունակ մարդկանց համար դա կլինի վերադարձելի։
Բայց վերադարձը չի սկսվի առաջին օրվանից։ Որովհետև մարդիկ հարմարվելու, աշխատանք գտնելու, որոշակի պայմաններ ունենալու ժամանակի կարիք ունեն։
10 տարին ավարտելուց հետո, եթե օրինակ, ընտանիքում եղել է 2 չափահաս և 3 անչափահաս, ապա 15 միլիոն դրամից 9 միլիոն դրամը՝ 3 երեխայի հաշվով աջակցության չափը, վերադարձման ենթակա չի լինի, և եթե 10 տարիների ընթացքում 6 միլիոն դրամը ընտանիքը հետ վճարի, ապա կունենա նաև այնպիսի սեփականության իրավունք կամ տնօրինման իրավունք, որը նշանակում է 10-րդ տարվա ավարտին էդ բնակարանի հետ վարվել ինչպես սեփական բնակարանի հետ։
Եթե գումարի վերադարձ չլինի, ապա կշարունակեն բնակվել այդ տանը, բայց սեփականության իրավունք չեն ունենա։
Մենք աջակցում ենք, որ ընտանիքը տուն ունենա, բայց պարտադիր չէ, որ՝ Երևանում։
Բնակարանային ապահովման աջակցությունից 1-ինը կօգտվեն 3 և ավել անչափահասներ ունեցող տեղահանված ընտանիքները, բայց կօգնենք նաև մնացածներին, որպեսզի իրենք սպասեն և հասնեն մինչև իրենց ժամանակը։
Անչափահաս երեխաների համար 50 հազար դրամ կտանք յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքին, խոցելի մյուս խմբերի համար՝ թոշակառուները կստանան 20 հազար դրամ, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք նույնպես կստանան 20 հազար դրամ։
