Սումգայիթի ջարդերից 36 տարի անց Ադրբեջանը շարունակեց իր ոճրագործությունները․ Արցախի ԱԺ

ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի պարտականությունները կատարող Գ. Բաղունցի հայտարարությունը՝ 1988թ Սումգայիթյան ջարդերի 36-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ․
«Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ
Այսօր հայ ժողովրդի նորագույն պատմության ամենաողբերգական ու հրեշավոր էջերից մեկի և առ այսօր միջազգային իրավունքի ուժով դատապարտման չարժանացած Սումգայիթի ջարդերի 36-րդ տարելիցն է։ Ջարդարարների խմբերը, քաղաքի իրավապահ մարմինների լիարժեք անտարբերության պայմաններում, ներխուժում էին հայերի բնակարանները և անհավանական դաժանությամբ հաշվեհարդար տեսնում անմեղ մարդկանց հետ։ Հայերի նկատմամբ բռնությունները եղել են տասնամյակների ընթացքում հետևողականորեն իրականացվող քաղաքականության ծայրահեղականացված դրսևորումներ։
Անպատժելիության և ամենաթողության զգացումի, հայերի նկատմամբ անհանդուրժողականության և ատելության, ինչպես նաև Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքն ամեն գնով ճնշելու ձգտման համադրությունը հանգեցրեց Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական գիտակցության և պետական քաղաքականության մեջ Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ցեղասպան մտադրությունների արմատավորմանը:
Ցավոք, Սումգայիթի ջարդերից հետո անցած 36 տարիները ևս վկայեցին, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների գործելաոճը որևէ փոփոխություն չկրեց, ավելին՝ շարունակական հայատյացության հռետորաբանությունը, ատելության քարոզը դարձան ձեռագիր.այսօրվա իրավիճակը դրա վառ ապացույցն է:
