Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Ազգային ժողովում հանդիպել է «Քաղպայմանագրի» պատգամավորների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղել նաև Կառավարության անդամներ։ Ըստ ՔՊ տարածած պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ քննարկվել են Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումները և դրանց առնչվող հարցեր։ Այդուհանդերձ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ հարցերի շրջանակն ավելի լայն է եղել, իսկ ներկաների տրամադրությունը չափազանց վատ։ Փաշինյանը մասնավորոպես բաց տեքստով հայտարարել է, որ խաղաղության իրենց օրակարգը վաղուց այլևս ոչ մեկին չի հետաքրքրում, անգամ շատ սիրելի Արևմուտքին, իսկ եվրոպացիներն առավելագույնը բանակցությունների իմիտացիա են ստեղծում, ավելին հակառուսական իր դրսևորումների մեջ անգամ Փարիզն ու Վաշինգտոնը չեն ցանկանում լիակատար աջակցություն հայտնել Փաշինյանին՝ պարզ հասկացնելով, որ իրենց Հայաստանը պետք է ընդամենը որպես ևս մեկ հակառուսական ֆորպոստ, իսկ որպես շոուի մաս Հայստանին տրվող սպառազինությունը և այլ աջակցություն ամենևին էլ իրավիճակը բեկելու հնարավորություն չունեն։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ անդրադարձ է եղել նաև կադրային հարցերին։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բացեիբաց հայտնել է, որ իրենք չունեն համապատասխան մասնագետներ նույնիսկ հեռացողներին փոխարինելու համար։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ մի քանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ պետք է լքեն իրենց պաշտոնը, մի քանիսն ի դեպ, նստած են եղել հենց այդ հանդիպմանը, սակայն Փաշինյանը նշել էր, թե չունեն որևէ կադր, որով հնարավոր կլինի փոխարինել այդ անձանց և այժմ իշխանությունը տենդագին փնտրտուքների մեջ է, նույնիսկ փորձում են նախկիններից մնացած երկրորդ, երրորդ էշելոնի կադրերին բարձր պաշտոնների նշանակել, որպեսզի կարողանան հաղթահարել կադրային սովը, բայց իշխանությունն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ որևէ ողջամիտ և գործից գլուխ հանող անձ չի ցանկանում համագործակցել իրենց հետ՝ հասկանալով, որ վարկաբեկման վտանգն ավելի մեծ է, քան իշխանական կերակրատաշտից օգտվելու հնարավորությունները։
