Վրաստանին տարածքներ կհանձնվե՞ն. ԱԳՆ-ի պատասխանը

«Երկիր»-ը գրում է. «Վերջին շրջանում ակտիվացել են խոսակցություններն այն մասին, որ ՀՀ-Վրաստան բարձրաստիճան շփումներում Փաշինյանն ակտիվացրել է սահմանազատման — սահմանագծման աշխատանքները նաև Վրաստանի հետ՝ որոշակի տարածքներ զիջելով նաև Վրաստանին: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում է ՀՀ-Վրաստան սահմանագոտու Ջիլիզա գյուղին (ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդիի շրջան) հարող տարածքներին:
Խնդրի կապակցությամբ հարցում էինք ուղարկել վարչապետի աշխատակազմին՝ փորձելով պարզել՝ վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցող հայ-վրացական բարձր մակարդակի շփումներում ի՞նչ պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել ՀՀ-Վրաստան սահմանազատման-սահմանագծման ուղղությամբ, ՀՀ-Վրաստան սահմանի ո՞ր հատվածներում են կատարվել սահմանազատման կամ սահմանագծման աշխատանքներ կամ ձեռք բերվել պայմանավորվածություն՝ կատարելու սահմանազատման – սահմանագծման աշխատանքներ, ինչպիսի՞ ճշգրտումներն են եղել կամ որոշում է կայացվել՝ իրագործելու, և սահմանային նման տեղաշարժերի արդյունքում կոնկրետ ո՞ր հատվածերն են անցել կամ անցնելու վրացական կողմին:
Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից ստացված գրավոր պատասխանի մեջ հաստատվել է, որ «…Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների վերջին շփումների ընթացքում ձևավորվել է ընդհանուր ընկալում, որ անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև միջպետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքները»:
Չհայտնելով ոչինչ՝ ԱԳՆ-ից նշել են միայն, որ գործընթացի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը հանրությանը կներկայացվի պատշաճ ժամկետում:
Ժողովրդական խոսքն ասում է՝ աչքը տեսածից է վախենում: Ունենալով Սյունիքի դառը փորձը, երբ պատերազմից մեկ ամիս անց (2020 թ. դեկտեմբերի 18-ին) Փաշինյանն իր «բանավոր ըմբռնումներով» թշնամուն հանձնեց նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ չնախատեսված տարածքներ, այդ թվում՝ Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական մայրուղին, բնակավայրեր, ռազմավարական դիրքեր և այլն, երբ պատերազմից հետո այս կամ այն կերպ շարունակաբար թշնամուն է հանձնվում հայրենիքի այս կամ այն հատվածը, ապա լիարժեք հիմքեր ունենք թե՛ կասկածելու, թե՛ հայտնելու մտավախություն, որ Վրաստանի պարագան ևս կարող է բացառություն չլինել, և այս դեպքում ևս հայրենիքի տարածքներն «ընդհանուր ընկալումներով» և փաշինայանական դավադիր «ըմբռնումներով» օտարվեն:
