Կիտրոնի կեղևը՝ հոդացավերի դեմ

Կիտրոնը հայտնի է իր օգտակար հատկանիշներով: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ առավոտյան կանոնավոր կերպով կիտրոնով ջուր խմելը չափազանց օգտակար է: Այս դեղին միրգը համարվում է ամենահին բույսերից մեկը, որը մշակվել է մարդկության կողմից, և դրա օգտակար հատկանիշներն, իսկապես, հրաշքներ են գործել մարդու առողջության հետ:
Կիտրոնը հարուստ է վիտամիններով և հանքանյութերով, օրինակ՝ վիտամին C, A, B1, B6, մագնեզիում, կենսաֆլավոնոիդներ, պեկտին, ֆոլաթթու, ֆոսֆոր, կալցիում և կալիում:

Կիտրոնի կեղևը հարուստ է եթերային յուղերով, որոնք դրական ազդեցություն ունեն արյան անոթների վրա, իսկ կեղևի հակաբորբոքային հատկանիշները հանգստացնում են նյարդերը:
1. Կիտրոնը կեղևազատեք, բայց ուշադրություն դարձրեք, որ միայն դեղին հատվածը մաքրեք և չկպնեք սպիտակ հատվածին: Ստացված կեղևը դրեք ցավող հատվածին, ամրացրեք կպչուն ժապավենով և թողեք մնա 2 ժամ:
2. Կիտրոնը կեղևազատեք և լցրեք ապակե տարայի մեջ: Ավելացրեք ձիթապտղի յուղն ու ծածկեք տարան: Թողեք մնա 2 շաբաթ, որից հետո յուղը պատրաստ է օգտագործման: Թանզիվը թրջեք լուծույթի մեջ և դրեք ցավող հոդերին: Ամրացրեք կպչուն ժապավենով և թողեք մնա ամբողջ գիշեր:
