Դատարանի դահլիճում հիմա ոչ թե քննարկվում է իրավական գործընթաց, այլ՝ գործընթաց, որն իրավաբանության մեջ փաթեթավորված քաղաքական հետապնդման հերթական արգասիքն է։
Այս մասին դատական նիստի դահլիճում հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։
Ըստ նրա՝ տարօրինակ է, որ դատական նիստ է տեղի ուննում և քննարկվում է, որ տուժողները չկան։
«4 տարի «բռակ» աշխատանք է կատարվել, «բռակ» բառից մի խրտնեք, որովհետև դա այսպես է։ Եթե այսպես չլիներ, ընդամենը մի քանի նիստի ընթացքում դատավոըը կբացահայտի, որ այդ տիկինը չէր կարող լինել տուժողի օրինական ներկայացուցիչ»,- ասաց նա։
Արմեն Աշոտյանը կրկին ասաց, որ այս քրեական գործն իր ձևակերպմամբ «կարած, թքած-կպցրած գործ է»։
Դատավոր Վահե Դոլմազյանն ասաց, որ նա շեղվում է բուն օրակարգից։
ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահն էլ հակադարձեց, թե խախտվում է իր խոսքի իրավունքը։
Այս հարցի շուրջ դատավորի և ամբաստանյալ Աշոտյանի միջև լեզվակռիվ տեղի ունեցավ։
«Այս գործով, եթե կան տուժողներ, ինչու իրենց շահերը չեն պաշտպանում, շահագրգիռ չեն, որ նիստերին ներկա լինեն։ Դատական նիստն առանց տուժողի, ինչպես հարսանիքն առանց հարսի, կամ թաղումն առանց մեռելի, ո՞ւր է տուժողը, ինչու՞ չի ներկայանում»,- հայտարարեց Աշոտյանը։
