Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն Երևանին խորհուրդ է տվել չշտապել և կտրուկ շարժումներ չանել։ «Ֆրանս 24» հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցոմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանը սառեցրել է անդամակցությունը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը։

Ռուսական կողմից արձագանքել էին, թե Հայաստանից պաշտոնական որևէ դիմում չի ստացվել և հույս հայտնել, որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը չի գնա հարաբերությունների կտրուկ սրման այս առումով։ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն, ընդհակառակը, որոշել են ամեն գնով գնալ սրման։

Բելառուսի նախագահի խոսքով՝ իր երկիրը բացարձակ հանգիստ է արձագանքում ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցելու վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի հայտարարություններին, նշել, թե դուրս գալը հեշտ է, բայց հետո մտնելը դժվար կլինի։ Թե ի՞նչ նկատի ունի Լուկաշենկոն պարզ է, խնդիրն այն է, որ Լուկաշենկոն ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ և ինչպես ինքն է ասում՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ն չէր կարող միջամտել հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությանը, թեև ըստ պայմանագրի, ուներ նման պարտավորություն։

Արձագանքելու իրավունքը Լուկաշենկոյի վրա թողնելով՝ Կրեմլը նախազգուշացում է անում Փաշինյանին, Պուտինն ինքը կարող էր արձագանքել, նշել, որ խնդիրներ չկան, իսկ եղած խնդիրներն էլ հնարավոր է լուծել բանակցություններով և պայմանավորվածություններով, սակայն Լուկաշենկոյի արձագանքը և պայմանագիրը խախտելու նրանց նկրտումները վկայում են, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը չափազանց կոշտ է արձագանքելու կառույցը լքելու Հայաստանի քայլերը։ Ռազմական ինտերվենցիայի կամ որևէ այլ ռազմական քայլի մասին տեղեկություն, իհարկե, չկա, սակայն չի բացառվում, որ Երևանն իր քաղաքականությամբ նույնիսկ հասցնի այդ տեղ, դա, իհարկե կլինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերջը։
