Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, խոսելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի հարցում Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման մասին, ասել է, որ Երևանը չպետք է նեղանա կազմակերպությունից: Այս մասին գրում է ԲելՏԱ-ն:
Երկրի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այս թեման մեկ անգամ չէ, որ քննարկվել է, և պետք է հասկանալ, որ ՀԱՊԿ բոլոր անդամների համար Ադրբեջանն օտար երկիր չէ։
«ՀԱՊԿ-ում կան բազմաթիվ մուսուլմանական երկրներ, դուք էլ եք դա հասկանում, մասամբ այստեղից է գալիս համապատասխան դիրքորոշումը։ Եվ երրորդ՝ Հայաստանը ցանկանում էր, որ մենք ներքաշվեի՞նք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պատերազմում։ Այդ դեպքում պատերազմը մինչև հիմա կշարունակվեր, և հազարավոր մարդիկ կզոհվեին»,- ասել է Բելառուսի ղեկավարը։
Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանում իշխանական համակարգն այնպես է կառուցված, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցելու հարցը պետք է խորհրդարանում որոշվի:
«Այնտեղ Փաշինյանը չի կարող որոշում կայացնել՝ մտնել, թե դուրս գալ, այնտեղ խորհրդարանն է որոշում: Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում խելամիտ մարդիկ մեծամասնություն են:Մեր, ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեմ դժգոհություններ լինել չեն կարող», - հավելել է Լուկաշենկոն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը France 24 հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը (ՀԱՊԿ) այս պահին «սառեցված» է։
«Մեր կարծիքով՝ հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագիրը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ կյանքի չի կոչվել, հատկապես՝ 2021-2022 թվականներին։ Սա չէր կարող վրիպել մեր ուշադրությունից։ Մենք «սառեցրել» ենք մեր մասնակցությունն այս պայմանագրին։ Տեսնենք՝ ինչ կլինի հետո»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում «գերակայում է Մոսկվան»։
Պատասխանելով Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի հնարավոր փակման մասին հարցին՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ «այս պահին դա չի քննարկվում»։
