Ես չեմ կարող վստահել Ալիևին․ կարծում եմ՝ Ալիևն էլ ինձ չի վստահում։
Այս մասին France 24 հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր հարաբերությունների պատմությունը հենց ինքը խորը անվստահության հիմք է։
Կարծում եմ՝ իմաստ էլ չունի մեզ, փոխադարձաբար Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարին, կամ ինձ հարցնել վստահում ենք արդյոք մենք իրար թե ոչ։
Ակնհայտ է, որ ոչ։ Բայց խնդիրը դրա մասին չի, խնդիրը հետևյալի մասին է․ պատրաստվում ենք արդյոք մենք փոքր քայլերով վստահություն կառուցել։ Հենց վստահություն կառուցելու պրոցեսում է, որ մենք դժվարություններ ունենք։
Ես ուզում եմ ասել, որ երբ Ալիևը ասում է, որ իրենք պատրաստվում են խաղաղության, պատրաստվում են պատերազմի։
Այդպիսի տպավորություն կա։ Բայց նաև օբյեկտիվ լինելու համար կարծում եմ, որ եթե իրենց էլ հարցնեք, իրենք էլ կասեն, որ իրենք էլ մեզ չեն վստահում։
Բայց խոսքը դրա մասին չի։ Որովհետև խոսքը ուրիշ բանի մասին է։ Արդյոք մենք փոխադարձաբար պատրաստվում ենք քայլ-քայլ, փոքր քայլերով, եթե հնարավոր է ավելի մեծ քայելորվ կառուցել վստահություն, որ մենք միմյանց փոխադարձ խոսքին հավատանք»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
