Թուրքիայի երկու քաղաքացի, ՀՀ քաղաքացու օժանդակությամբ, կեղծ փաստաթղթերով հատել են պետական սահմանը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պետության, սահմանադրական կարգի հիմունքների և հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացվող քրեական վարույթով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների հետ համատեղ իրականացված ծավալուն քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում 2023թ. փետրվարի 20-ին Երևան քաղաքի տարբեր հասցեներից հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել են Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ Ի.Ք-ն, Է.Յ.-ն և ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա.Մ.-ն:
Կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ի.Ք.-ն և Է.Յ-ն, խախտելով «Պետական սահմանի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածի և «ՀՀ պետական սահմանի ռեժիմ սահմանելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության 2011 թվականի մայիսի 12-ի թիվ 702-Ն որոշման պահանջները, «Բագրատաշեն» անցակետով կեղծ փաստաթղթերի օգտագործմամբ, ապօրինի՝ առանց սահմանված փաստաթղթերի և պատշաճ թույլտվության, հատել են ՀՀ պետական սահմանը և մուտք գործել ՀՀ, իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա.Մ-ն առերևույթ օժանդակել է Է. Յ.-ի կողմից կեղծ փաստաթուղթ օգտագործելուն և ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելուն:
Քննիչի կողմից Ի.Ք-ին և Է.Յ.-ին մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 457-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 469-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա.Մ.-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-457-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 46-469-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան՝ մեղադրյալների նկատմամաբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանքը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:
Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներ Ի.Ք-ն և Է.Յ.-ն կալանավորվել են, իսկ Ա.Մ-ի նկատմամաբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել տնային կալանքը և բացակայելու արգելքը:
