Միայն երեկոյան Փաշինյանի միտքը պարզ կդառնա. խոսնակի պարզաբանումը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը France 24-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը «սառեցրել» է իր մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին: Թե ինչ է սա նշանակում, չի բացատրվում։
Համենայնդեպս, ֆրանսիական լրատվամիջոցի՝ Փաշինյանի հետ արած հարցազրույցից այդ թեմայով միայն այդ հատվածն է հրապարակել։ Դրանից հետո ռուսական կողմից արձագանքներ եղան, որ ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարությունը Երեւանից որեւէ հայտարարություն չի ստացել անդամակցության սառեցման մասին։ ՌԴ նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովն էլ իր հերթին հայտարարել է, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ դեռ չի քննարկել ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցումը սառեցնելու մասին նրա հայտարարությունը, և առայժմ նման շփումներ չեն նախատեսվում։
Մենք փորձեցինք ԱԳՆ-ից այս հարցի պատասխանը ստանալ՝ արդյոք Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես տեղեկացրե՞լ է ՀԱՊԿ-ին, որ պատրաստվում է այդ կառույցից դուրս գալ կամ գուցե արդեն ուղարկվել է համապատասխան գրությունը։ ԱԳՆ-ից խոստացան ճշտել և ասել՝ հընթացս առաջարկելով տեղեկությունը ճշտել նաև կառավարությունից։
Mediahub-ը կապ հաստատեց նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանի հետ։ Վերջինս մեզ ասաց, որ France 24-ին տված Փաշինյանի հարցազրույցը ամբողջական չի հրապարակվել դեռ և այն ամբողջական կհրապարակվի այսօր երեկոյան։
«France 24 լրատվամիջոցը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարցազրույցից հրապարակել է մեկ փոքր հատված, բայց հարցազրույցի ամբողջական տեսագրությունը այսօր կհրապարակվի վարչապետի էջում և կհեռարձակվի նաև Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում՝ ժամը 22:00-ին, և հարցազրույցի կոնտեքստից ամբողջապես պարզ կդառնա վարչապետի միտքը։ Եթե հարցազրույցից հետո ինչ-ինչ հարցեր բաց մնացին, պատրաստ կլինենք մեկնաբանել»,- ասաց Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը։
Իսկ հարցին՝ կարո՞ղ ենք ասել, որ France 24-ի հրապարակած այդ փոքր հատվածը կոնտեքստից կտրված կամ աղավաղված է, Բաղդասարյանն ասաց․ «Չեմ կարող ասել, թե աղավաղված է, լրատվամիջոցի իրավունքն է վերցնել այն հատվածը, որը ինքն իր լսարանի համար գտնում է ավելի թիրախային»։
Մեր դիտարկմանը, թե այդ հատվածը, որը ֆրանսիական լրատվամիջոցը առանձնացրել ու հրապարակել է, այդուհանդերձ, ամբողջական միտքը չի արտահայտում, Փաշինյանի խոսնակն ասաց․ «Ինքը վերցրել է մեկ հատված։ Թե ինչպես է մեկնաբանել, դա միջազգային լրատվականի գործն է»։
Մենք հետաքրքրվեցինք նաև՝ ՀՀ-ն, այդուհանդերձ, ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու քաղաքական որոշում ունի՞, թե՞ ոչ, Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը նորից կրկնեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, իր կարծիքով, բավականին սպառիչ պատասխան տվել է իր հարցազրույցում։
