«Զվարթնոցից» կհեռացնեն ռուս սահմանապահներին

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են Երևանի «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանից հեռացնել ռուս սահմանապահներին։ ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրը սորոսական լրատվամիջոցներից մի քանիսին հայտնել է, թե այդ գործընթացը տեղի է ունենալու մոտ ժամանակներում։ Չի հստակեցվում, թե որոշումն ինչով է պայմանավորված, սակայն Կառավարությունից վստահեցրել են, որ քաղաքական նման որոշում արդեն կա։

Հանուն արդարության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ռուս սահամանապահների տեղակայումը չի կարգավորվում միջկառավարական պայմանագրով, նրանք ծառայություն են իրականացնում ՀՀ ԱԱԾ և Ռուսաստանի ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատարների միջև ստորագրած մի փաստաթղթով։

Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը 1992 թվականին ստորագրել են պայմանագիր, որով կարգավորվում է Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող ՌԴ սահմանապահ զորքերի կարգավիճակն ու գործունեությունը։ Այդ պայմանագրում, սակայն, օդանավակայանում ծառայություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ կետ չկա։ Այդուհանդերձ արդեն տարիներ շարունակ ռուս սահամանապահները ծառայություն են իրականացնում «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանում։ Երբեմն այդ փաստը հարուցում է հանրության մի շերտի դժգոհությունը, խնդիրը սակայն այն է, թե ռուս սահմանապահների հեռացումն ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։

Իհարկե, արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու և Եվրամիությանն ավելի մերձենալու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ձգտումներն ակնհայտ են և այս քայլն էլ ևս տեղավորվում է հակառուսական ծիրում, բայց փաստ է նաև, որ ռուսական կողմը չափազանց ծանր է տանելու «Զվարթնոցից» իր սահմանապահներին հեռացնելու որոշումը և հնարավոր են լուրջ հետևանքներ թե՛ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, և թե՛ հենց պետության համար։
