Շարունակելով ընթերցողի ուշադրությանը ներկայացնել այն պաշտոնյաներին և նրանց քայլերը, որոնք օրինականության հետ կապված որոշակի հարցեր են առաջացնում, այսօր կանդրադառնանք Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանին

Երևանի ավագանու նախկին անդամ Դավիթ Խաժակյանը հետաքրքիր բացահայտում էր արել, որից պարզ դարձավ, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից հայտարարված բազմաբնակարան շենքերի շքամուտքերի վերանորոգման մրցույթը շահած ընկերությունը բանկային կեղծ երեշխավորություն էր ներկայացրել։ Հետագայում պարզվել էր նաև, որ կեղծ փաստաթուղթ ներկայացրած ընկերությունը պատկանում է Վահագն Ղալումյանին, ով  Հայկ Ղալումյանի մտերիմ ազգականն է։

Ամիսներ առաջ էլ մամուլը գրել էր, որ Ղալումյանն ընտրություններից հետո Աչաջուր համայնքի և Իջևանի բժշկական կենտրոնների տնօրեններին՝ Կորյուն Վարդապետյանին և Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանին, փոխանցել է՝ ազատման դիմումներ գրել․ առայժմ «լավով» են զգուշացրել։ Բուժկենտրոնի ղեկավարների հանցանքն այն է, որ իրենց շրջապատում ընդամենը չեն թաքցրել, որ ընտրելու են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ղեկավարած «Հայաստան» դաշինքը։

Ղալումյանը 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ին որոշում է ստորագրել, որով փոփոխություններ են կատարվել ՀՀ  Տավուշի մարզի վտանգավոր տարածքներից բնակչության տարհանման մասին նախորդ որոշման մեջ։ Ղալումյանը նախ ստորագրել է 246-Ա որոշումը։ Ավելի ուշ, մարզում տագնապ տարածելուց հետո, Տավուշի մարզպետարանը պարզաբանում է տարածել՝ փորձելով հանգստացնել հանրությանը և պնդելով, որ այս փաստաթղթով որևէ տարհանում չի նախատեսվում։
