Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Տեր Վրթանես եպիսկոպոս Աբրահամյանի ուղերձը՝ ուղղված համայն հայությանը․
«36 տարի առաջ մեր ժողովրդի մտքում, սրտում, հոգու մեջ ձևավորվեց ազատ ապրելու գաղափարը և այն վերածվեց Արցախյան շարժման, որն էլ դարձավ գոյապայքար։ Ունեցանք փառավոր հաղթանակներ, նաև, ծանր սրտով պիտի արձանագրենք, անհասկանալի պարտություն, որը վերածվեց շրջափակման, որն էլ՝ ավելի վտանգավոր երևույթի՝ բռնի տեղահանման։
Այսօր ապրում ենք Մայր Հայաստանում, բոլորով միասին, կորցրել ենք ամենաթանկը, կորցրել ենք մեր հայրենիքը՝ անվերադարձ, բայց այն կվերադառնա, երբ դառնանք միակամ և միասիրտ, ինչպես 36 տարի առաջ էր։ Այն կվերադառնա, երբ մենք մեր հայացքն ուղղենք առ Աստված և ուղղենք մեր ներսը՝ ապաշխարհելով, խոստովանելով և հզորանալով։ Մենք կորցրել ենք մեր մշակույթը, մեր տաճարներն ու եկեղեցիները, մեր տները։ Այսօր ծանր իրավիճակում ենք։
Բայց եթե մենք դառնում ենք և մեր հայացքներն ուղղում ենք առ Աստված, մեր մեջ առկայծում են լույսի շողեր, և այդ շողերը վեր են ածվում միասնականության։ Այդպիսի գաղափար ծնվեց մեր արցախցիների մտքում և սրտում՝ հիմնել Արցախի մշակույթի պահպանման կենտրոն, որ իր առաքելության մեջ պիտի ունենա ինքնության կրող և պահպանման մշակույթը։
Դիմում եմ սփյուռքահայ քույրերին և եղբայրներին՝ որպեսզի պահպանենք մեր ինքնությունը, մեր ինքնությունը պահպանելով կարող ենք նախադրյալներ ստեղծել, որով մոտ ժամանակներս կարողանանք վերադառնալ Արցախ։ Փրկելով մեր մշակույթը՝ մենք փրկում ենք Արցախը, մենք լուրջ հիմնաքարեր ենք դնում վաղվա մեր օրվա համար։ Այս նպատակի համար խնդրում և հորդորում եմ բոլորիս աջակցել և կողքին կանգնել Արցախյան մշակույթի։
