Մեր երեխաները շուրջ 12 տարի գնում են դպրոց. դա ժամանակ է, որը մենք վերցնում ենք մեր երեխաներից:

«Այսօր ներկայացվեցին հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչի՝ Տավուշի մարզում փորձարկման արտաքին գնահատման արդյունքները։ Շատ կարճ նշեմ հիմնական արդյունքը։
Մեր երեխաները շուրջ 12 տարի գնում են դպրոց. դա ժամանակ է, որը մենք վերցնում ենք մեր երեխաներից:
Կրթական արդյունքը, որը տալիս էինք մեր երեխաներին, 2015-ի ուսումնասիրությունների համաձայն, համարժեք էր շուրջ 8 տարվա: Այս տարբերությունը ցույց է տալիս դպրոցում անցկացված ամեն օրը, որի ընթացքում մեր երեխաները ոչինչ չեն սովորում։
Հանրակրթության չափորոշչի բարեփոխման արդյունքում կրթական արդյունքը կամ կրթության որակը ավելացել է առնվազն վեց ամսով։ Սա ահռելի արդյունք է, երբ համեմատում ես այլ երկրներում չափորոշչի փոփոխության արդյունքների հետ և մեր գործընկերների վկայությամբ, կարող է աշխարհում ներկայացվել՝ իբրև հաջողված փորձ։
Այս արդյունքի մասին խոսում ենք մի պայմանում, երբ ամբողջ աշխարհը քննարկում է, թե համավարակի հետևանքով յուրաքանչյուր երկիր դպրոցական համակարգում քանի ամսվա կամ նույնիսկ տարվա կորուստ է ունեցել։ Մյուս երկրները հաշվում են իրենց կրթական կորուստը, մենք՝ կրթական առաջընթացը։
Այս արդյունքի մասին խոսում ենք մի պայմանում, երբ չափորոշչի փոփոխությունը և ներդրումը ուղեկցվել է ամենասուր հանրային կասկածամտությամբ ու քննադատությամբ։
Այս արդյունքը դժվար գործընթացի մեկնարկն է միայն, առջևում չափորոշչի հետագա շարունակական ներդրումն է բոլոր դպրոցներում։ Միավորենք ջանքերը, սիրելի ուսուցիչներ, տնօրեններ, սովորողներ, անենք ավելին»,- գրել է Անդրեասյանը։
