Իսպանիայի դատարանը «Բարսելոնա»-ի և Բրազիլիայի հավաքականի նախկին ֆուտբոլիստ Դանի Ալվեշին մեղավոր է ճանաչել սեռական ոտնձգության համար և դատապարտել 4,5 տարվա ազատազրկման։ Այս մասին ասված է դատարանի որոշման մեջ, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
Ալվեշը կարող է բողոքարկել վճիռը Դատարանի վերաքննիչ պալատում։
Ալվեշը 40 տարեկան է և 2022 թվականի հուլիսից հանդես է գալիս մեքսիկական «Պումաս» ակումբում։ Նախկինում նա խաղացել է իտալական «Յուվենտուս»-ում, ֆրանսիական ՊՍԺ-ում, իսպանական «Սևիլիա»-ում և «Բարսելոնա»-ում:

Ալվեշը դարձել է Իսպանիայի վեցակի չեմպիոն, Ֆրանսիայի կրկնակի չեմպիոն, Իտալիայի չեմպիոն, երեք անգամ հաղթել է Չեմպիոնների լիգան, երկու անգամ՝ ՈւԵՖԱ-ի գավաթը, երեք անգամ՝ ՈՒԵՖԱ-ի Սուպերգավաթը։ Բրազիլիայի հավաքականի կազմում նա երկու անգամ հաղթել է Կոնֆեդերացիաների գավաթում (2009, 2013) և Ամերիկայի գավաթում (2007, 2019), ինչպես նաև դարձել է օլիմպիական չեմպիոն (2021)։
