ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ իմ` Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովի նիստին չմասնակցելը որևէ խոչընդոտ չի ստեղծում, որպեսզի իմ առաջ քաշած գաղափարական և սկզբունքային դիտարկումները լայն քննարկումների առարկա դառնան և´ հանձնաժողովում, և´ տարբեր իշխանական տաղավարներում և´ առհասարակ հանրային քաղաքական մակարդակում, մեկ-երկու հարցի էլ անդրադառնամ:
 
Տարբեր զորամասերում, առաջնագծի առանձին տեղամասերում իմ ուսումնասիրման առարկա հանդիսացող խնդիրների մի մասը, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, ինքս փակ գրությամբ ուղղում եմ ՊՆ կամ ԳՇ:
Հանրային խոսքում օգտագործում կամ հնչեցնում եմ արձանագրածս խնդիրների 5-10 տոկոսը. որոշների դեպքում` հպանցիկ:
 
Անվտանգությամբ համակարգը առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն ունի և դրա տարբեր դետալների հանրայնացումը` դրականի կամ բացասականի ներքո, պետք է անել անվտանգության նրբերանգները հաշվի առնելով:
 
Ի դեպ, մի օր Պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահը խոսում է իմ` առաջնագծի թեմայով ոչ ամբողջական ինֆորմացված չլինելու մասին, ինչն արդեն զավեշտալի է, մի օր խորհուրդ տալիս, որպեսզի ես պատմեմ Սերժ Սարգսյանին այն ամենի մասին, ինչ տեսնում եմ դիրքերում:
Ուղիղ եթերով ընթացող նիստերին ֆիզիկապես չմասնակցելը որպես անտեղյակ լինելու հանգամանք ներկայացնելն արդեն չափազանց անլուրջ է:
 
Շատ տարօրինակ է տեսնել այն որակի քննարկումները, որոնք հաճախ լինում են խորհուրդ տալու սիրահարների հանձնաժողովում, երբ բանակը սիրողական մակարդակում ճանաչողները փորձում են գնահատել բանակի հիմնադրման ակունքներում գտնվողների արածն ու չարածը:
 
Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտպանության նախարար կամ նախագահ (ու ոչ միայն) եղած ժամանակահատվածում ձեռք բերված սպառազինությունն ու զինտեխնիկան փուլերով թշնամուն թողող/հանձնողները փորձում են ի ցույց դնել իրենց չեղած առավելություններն ու ուրիշների բացթողումները:
 
Մի բան էլ. այն քաղաքական ուժը, որն Արցախ է հանձնել, թույլ է տվել ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության ու ինքնիշխանության էական զիջումներ, գոնե իր շահերից ելնելով պետք է նվազագույն սթափություն դրսևորի` չմտնի մի դաշտ, որտեղ ինքը 0 է` ամբողջությամբ ստորացված ու վարկաբեկված:
