Բժիշկները շարունակում են պայքարել ծանր հիվանդների կյանքի համար

Գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների դեպքերի ակտիվացման օրերին հիվանդանոցային ծառայության մասնագետների ուժերն առավել կենտրոնացած են ուշ դիմելիության և ուղեկցող հիվանդություններով պայմանավորված ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող հիվանդների բուժման վարման ուղղությամբ։ Այս օրերին հանրապետության առաջատար և գլխավոր մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ բազմաթիվ կոնսիլիումներ են կազմակերպվում։ Ցավոք, ոչ միշտ է հնարավոր լինում հասնել արդյունքի։ Այս մասին Past.am-ը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ, չնայած վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքների մասնագետների գրեթե տասնօրյա տքնաջան պայքարին, կիրակի արձանագրվել է H1N1 վարակով երկու հիվանդի մահ, որոնք բժշկական կենտրոն են ընդունվել հունվարի 9-ին` ուշացած, ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, երկկողմանի թոքաբորբով։ Երկուսին էլ անմիջապես միացվել է արհեստական շնչառության սարք։ Նրանցից մեկն ունեցել է նաև սիրտթոքային ծանր անբավարարություն։
Նշենք, որ վերջին 6 տարում` 2009-2014թթ., Հայաստանում յուրաքանչյուր տարի գրանցվել է թոքաբորբով պայմանավորված 450-500 մահվան դեպք, որի զգալի մասը ձմռան ամիսներին` պայմանավորված սեզոնային գրիպի բարձրացման հետ։ Այս տարի նախարարության բազմաթիվ հորդորների շնորհիվ բարձրացել է մարդկանց զգոնությունը, և հատկապես վերջին օրերին մարդիկ սկսել են բժշկական օգնության դիմել հիվանդության ավելի վաղ շրջանում։ Պայմանավորված այն հանգամանքով, որ գրիպը հակում ունի որպես բարդություն ծանր ընթացքով թոքաբորբ առաջացնելու` առողջապահության նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են գտնվում բոլոր հիվանդները:
Այսօվա դրությամբ թոքաբորբով ծանր վիճակում գտնվող 7 հիվանդի միացված է արհեստական շնչառության սարք։ Բժիշկները շարունակում են պայքարել նրանց կյանքի համար:
