Վարչախումբը մտահոգվել է Արցախի ԱԺ ակտիվությունից

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունների ղեկավարները և ԱԺ նախագահի պարտականությունները կատարող Գագիկ Բաղունցը հանդիպել են Արցախի հարցերով հանձնախմբի համակարգող Վարդան Օսկանյանի հետ, քննարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը, արցախահայության հայրենադարձմանն առնչվող հարցերը, դրա հնարավոր սպառնալիքները։
Հանձնախմբի ձևավորման վերաբերյալ հունվարին հայտարարեց նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը, իսկ օրեր անց էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ հանձնախմբի կազմում, բացի Օսկանյանից ընդգրկված են Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը, նախկին պատգամավոր Կարեն Բեքարյանը, Բելգիայից՝ Եվրոպայի հայ դատի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Գասպար Կարապետյանը, Արգենտինայից՝ Մարիո Նալբանդյանն ու ԱՄՆ-ից միջազգային իրավաբան՝ Գառնիկ Քերքոնյանը։
Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի վստահությունը վայելող հանձնախումբն իր գործունեությունը ծավալելու է հատկապես միջազգային ասպարեզում, ինչն արդեն իսկ լուրջ մտահոգության առիթ է դարձել գործող վարչախմբի համար։ Ի սկզբանե, Փաշինյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցներն ամեն ինչ արել են արցախցիների ձայնը միջազգային ասպարեզում լռեցնելու, նրանց ինչ-ինչ կերպ լռեցնելու, կաշառելու քաղաքկանություն վարելով, սակայն այդ ամենը փաշինյանական վարչախումբն արել է Ադրբեջանի մոտ հերթական անգամ դիվիդենտներ հավաքելու նպատակով։ Արցախցիները, սակայն, մտադիր են շարունակել իրենց խնդիրների լուծմանը միջազգային հնչեղություն տալու գործողություններին և հատուկ այդ նպատակով դիմել են նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանին, որը հրաշալի տիրապետում է բանակցային գործընթացի բոլոր նրբություններին։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ «Քաղպայմանագրում» և Կառավարությունում չափազանց դժգոհ են այս հանդիպումից և դրա արդյունքներից, ուստի առաջիկայում չի բացառվում, որ մի քանի քրեական գործեր էլ հարուցվեն հանձնախմբի հայաստանցի և արցախցի անդամների դեմ, իսկ սփյուռքահայ անդամներին ընդհանրապես զրկեն Հայաստան մուտք գործելու հնարավորությունից։
