SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով` փետրվարի 17-ին խուլիգանություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 00։25-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Հրազդան քաղաքի Կենտրոն թաղամասի 4 և 5 շենքերի միջնամասում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ։
Կարճ ժամանակ անց ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել է «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոնից, որ ծեծի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխել 2 տղամարդու։
Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 23-ամյա Զավեն Ն․-ն, 24-ամյա Ռոբերտ Կ․-ն, 21-ամյա Արման Մ․-ն, 22-ամյա Սիմոն Ա․-ն, 22-ամյա Կարեն Ս․-ն, 21-ամյա Ալբերտ Մ․-ն և 21-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Շ․-ն վիճաբանել են նույն մարզի բնակիչներ Արման Հ․-ի, Ժորա Հ․-ի, Արթուր Հ․-ի և Վայոց ձորի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Կարեն Հ․-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում հասարակության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերելով բացահայտ անհարգալից և արհամարհական վերաբերմունք, մոտ 15 րոպե տևողությամբ նշված անձինք փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց՝ Արման և Ժորա Հ․-երին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, միմյանց նկատմամբ հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ՝ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, իսկ կռվի մասնակիցներից մեկը իր մոտ գտնվող ատրճանակից կրակոց է արձակել դեպի օդ։
Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Արման, Ժորա, Արթուր Հ․-երը և Կարեն Հ․-ն ոստիկաների կողմից հայտնաբերվել են ու կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ էլ դեպքի փաստով ՀՀ քր. օր. 297 հ. 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և տարված բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում ժամեր անց ոստիկանություն են ներկայացել 22-ամյա Կարեն Ս-ն, 21-ամյա Արման Մ․-ն, 23-ամյա Զավեն Ն․-ն, 21-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Շ․-ն, 22-ամյա Սիմոն Ս․-ն և 21-ամյա Ալբերտ Մ․-ն, որտեղ Զավեն Ն․-ն ներկայացրել է «Ekol Gediz» տիպի ատրճանակը:
Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջիններս քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել են և տեղափոխվել ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։
