Վարչախմբի դեմ առաջիկայում բողոքի նոր ալիք կարող է հասունանալ

Փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմ առաջիկայում բողոքի նոր ալիք կարող է հասունանալ, ընդ որում պատճառը պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նոր նախաձեռնությունն է, որով մտադիր են հարկել Ռուսաստան արտագնա մեկնածների։ «Խոպան» մեկնող հայաստանցիները փաստի առաջ են կանգնել։ Հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ, որոնք աշխատելու նպատակով Ռուսաստան են մեկնել գումար վաստակել, ապա վերադարձել Հայաստան, նամակներ են ստացել ՊԵԿ-ից, որ հարյուր հազար դրամից մինչև մեկ միլիոն դրամ հարկային պարտավորություն ունեն և պետք է վճարեն այդ գումարները։ ՊԵԿ-ն արդեն ծանուցել է 1005 ֆիզիկական անձի՝ նրանցից պահանջելով ընդհանուր առմամբ 17 միլիոն դրամ։
2020 թվականից ստացված եկամուտների մասով ծանուցվել է 120 ֆիզիկական անձ, 2021-ին՝ 96 ֆիզիկական անձ, 2022-ի եկամուտների մասով՝ 787 ֆիզիկական անձ։ 2023 թվականի տվյալներն առայժմ չկան, ընդ որում բոլոր այն անձինք, որոնք ծանուցվել են լրջորեն զայրացած են, քանի որ իրենց տեղեկացվել է չափազանց ուշ, այդ անձինք աշխատել են Ռուսաստանում, բոլոր հարկերը վճարել Ռուսաստանի պետական բյուջե, իսկ իրենց եկամուտն ուղարկել են Հայաստան՝ ընտանիքի կարիքները հոգալու և այսօր առանց նախազգուշացման նրանց տեղեկացրել են, որ հարկային պարտավորություններ ունեն նաև Հայաստանի առջև։
Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն պատճառաբանել է, թե եկամուտներից որոշակի տոկոս՝ ըստ ԵԱՏՄ կարգավորումների պետք է վճարեն Հայաստան, սակայն դա արել են չափազանց ուշ, երբ մարդիկ արդեն զգալի գումարներ են վճարել Ռուսաստանում և այժմ չեն կարող այդ գումարները հետ ստանալ և վճարել Հայաստանի պետական բյուջե։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ առաջիկայում հնարավոր է բողոքի ակցիաներ լինեն, ուստի փաշինյանական իշխանությունը պետեկամուտների կոմիտեին հանձնարարել է փոխզիջումային տարբերակ գտնել լարվածության նոր ալիքից խուսափելու համար։
