Ամերիաբանկը միանալու է Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայում գրանցված BOGG միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբին որպես ինքնուրույն լիիրավ անդամ

«Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն և BOGG PLC-ն («ԲիՕՋիՋի» բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը, այսուհետ` Խումբ) համաձայնություն են ձեռք բերել Միացյալ Թագավորությունում (ՄԹ) գրանցված BOGG միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբում Ամերիաբանկի ինքնուրույն լիիրավ անդամ դառնալու շուրջ: Գործարքի համաձայն` Խումբը կդառնա Ամերիաբանկի հիմնական բաժնետեր: Բանկում իր բաժնեմասնակցությունը 10%-ի չափով կպահպանի նաև Վերակառուցման և Զարգացման Եվրոպական Բանկը (ՎԶԵԲ)։
ՄԹ գործող ընթացակարգի համաձայն՝ ՄԹ Ֆինանսական ծառայությունների վերահսկող մարմինը (Financial Conduct Authority, FCA) հաստատել է ֆինանսական գործարքի շրջաբերականը։ Որպես հաջորդ քայլ` գործարքը պետք է հաստատվի կողմերի ընդհանուր բաժնետերերի ժողովների, ինչպես նաև հավանության արժանանա կարգավորող մարմինների՝ ներառյալ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից։
Խումբը Միացյալ Թագավորությունում գրանցված միջազգային ֆինանսական ընկերություն է, որի բաժնետոմսերը ցուցակված են Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայի հիմնական շուկայի պրեմիում հարթակում: Այն ներառված է FTSE-250 ինդեքսի ցանկում: Խմբի բաժնետերերի ցանկում են աշխարհի խոշորագույն ֆինանսական ընկերություններից JP Morgan-ը, BlackRock-ը, Vanguard Group-ը, Schroders-ը, Norges Bank Investment Management-ը և այլն:
Գործարքի վերջնական հաստատումից հետո Ամերիաբանկը` որպես Խմբի ինքնուրույն լիիրավ և լիարժեք իրավունակությամբ ընկերություն, կշարունակի բիզնեսի ընդլայնումն իր բրենդի ներքո և գործող ղեկավար թիմի առաջնորդությամբ` հավատարիմ իր որդեգրած ռազմավարական նպատակներին, հռչակած արժեքներին, առաքելությանն ու տեսլականին։
