Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում հարուցված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատաբժշկական Գիտագործնական Կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Մհեր Բիշարյանին երեկ՝ փետրվարի 16-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել. նա ձերբակալվել է: Տեղեկությունը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտոի մամուլի խոսնակ Մարինա Օհանջանյանը։
NEWS.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ քրեական վարույթը, որի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել է Բիշարյանը, նախաձեռնվել է դեռևս նախորդ տարի և վերաբերվում է գնումների գործընթացքում թույլ տրված ենթադրյալ չարաշահումներին: Խոսքը մասնավորապես՝ պատերազմի զոհերի ԴՆԹ նույնականացման փորձաքննությունների համար նախատեսված սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման նպատակով դեռևս երեքուկես տարի առաջ կնքված կասկածելի գործարքի մասին է, որին NEWS.am-ն անդրադարձել է իր հրապարակումներում:
Մասնավորապես «Դատաբժշկական Գիտագործնական Կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը դեռևս 2020թ. դեկտեմբերին ռազմական դրությամբ պայմանավորված ԴՆԹ նույնականացման փորձաքննությունների համար նախատեսված վերլուծիչ սարքերի և պարագաների հավաքածուի ձեռքբերման նպատակով մրցույթ էր հայտարարել, որի արդյունքում 295,8 մլն դրամի պայմանագիր էր կնքել լաբորատոր սարքավորումների և քիմիական նյութերի ներմուծմամբ և մատակարարմամբ զբաղվող «Մեդիսար» ՍՊԸ–ի հետ։ NEWS.am-ը հետաքննության արդյունքում բարձրաձայնել էր պատերազմի զոհերի մասունքների ԴՆԹ նույնականացման փորձաքննություններին առնչվող մատակարարման արդյունքում հնարավոր գերշահույթի ապահովման մասին և դեռևս 2021թ. իրավապահ մարմիններին հորդորել էր ուսումնասիրել գնման գործընթացը՝ պարզելու, թե որքանով են արդյունավետ ծախսվել պետական միջոցները, արդյոք պաշտոնատար անձինք որևէ առնչություն ունե՞ն գործարքից ստացված շահույթի հետ, արդյոք գործ ունե՞նք պետական միջոցների վատնման ենթադրյալ դեպքի հետ, թե՞ ոչ։
Չի բացառվում, որ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում հարցաքննվի նաև առողջապահության նախկին նախարար, ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը, քանի որ հիշյալ գնման գործընթացը տեղի է ունեցել նրա պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում:
