Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի շրջանակում հանդիպել է Միացյալ Նահանգների պետական քարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հետ:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպումից տեսանյութ է հրապարակել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակակն կայքում նույնպես տեղեկատվություն է հրապարակվել այս թեմայով։

Ողջույնի խոսքում Փաշինյանը նշել է. «Հաճելի է Ձեզ տեսնել այսօր։ Մենք գնահատում ենք այն դինամիկան, որ ունենք մեր երկկողմ հարաբերություններում։ Կարծում եմ` մենք հաստատել ենք շատ արդյունավետ գործընկերություն և 2019-ին սկսեցինք Ռազմավարական երկխոսությունը: Այս տարին ևս կարևոր է, մենք սպասում ենք մեր Ամերիկյան գործընկերների հետ բավականին ծավալուն օրակարգով նիստին։ Սա շատ լավ հնարավորություն կլինի՝ քննարկելու տարբեր հարցեր, մեր երկխոսությունն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար։ Իհարկե, տարածաշրջանային հարցերը ևս շատ կարևոր են մեր օրակարգի համար։ Դժբախտաբար, այս պահին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև առկա է լարվածության նոր փուլ, վերջերս տեղի ունեցավ լարվածության նոր աճ, որը պատճառ դարձավ մեծ կորուստների։ Հայ դիրքապահներ սպանվեցին Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին։ Ես կցանկանայի այս իրավիճակը ևս քննարկել Ձեզ հետ»։

Իր հերթին Էնթոնի Բլինքենը նշել է. «Հաճելի է այսօր հանդիպել Ձեզ՝ պարոն Փաշինյան։ Հայաստանը շատ արժեքավոր գործընկեր է ԱՄՆ-ի համար, և մենք գնահատում ենք նրա՝ կայուն խաղաղության հանդեպ հանձնառությունը։ Մենք նաև կարող ենք ուժեղացնել մեր երկրների միջև կապերը բոլոր ուղղություններով։ Մենք այս ամենը քննարկել ենք վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հետ»։

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերին վերաբերող թեմաներ, կարևորել ռազմավարական երկխոսության հետևողական զարգացումը:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բարձր է գնահատել անձամբ պարոն Բլինքենի ջանքերը` բանակցային գործընթացին ու երկխոսությանն աջակցելու, Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ու կայունության ապահովման ուղղությամբ: Վարչապետը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատրաստակամությունը՝ գնալ կոնկրետ լուծումների, մասնավորապես, արդեն իսկ միջազգային հարթակներում գրավոր կերպով հրապարակային արձանագրված սկզբունքների հիման վրա:

Էնթոնի Բլինքենն ընդգծել է ԱՄՆ պատրաստակամությունը` շարունակելու ջանքերը բանակցային ու խաղաղ գործընթացին և երկխոսությունը շարունակելու հույս հայտնել:
