Հայաստանում Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոս Մորթեզա Աբեդին Վարամինը կարծում է, որ Կապանում Իրանի հյուպատոսության հիմնումից հետո սյունեցիներն անվտանգային առումով իրենց ավելի հանգիստ են զգում։
«Ես լավ հիշում եմ այն օրը, երբ Կապանում բացվեց հյուպատոսությունը։ Այն ժամանակվա համեմատ ներկայումս, կարող ենք ասել՝ մարդկանց զգացողությունը 180 աստիճանով փոխվել է։ Կարծում եմ՝ մարդիկ այժմ ավելի հանգիստ են եւ դա մենք զգում ենք»,- NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց հյուպատոսը։
Մորթեզա Աբեդին Վարամինը հյուպատոսության ավելի քան մեկ տարվա գործունեությունն արդյունավետ է գնահատում։ Նրա խոսքով առաջնահերթություն են համարում երկու երկրների քաղաքացիների միջեւ շփումներն ակտիվացնելն ու փոխայցերն ավելացնելը։
«Կապանը փոքր լեռնային քաղաք է եւ նախկինում սահմանափակ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել սահմանից այն կողմ գտնվող Իրանի հետ։ Վերջին շրջանում, սակայն, շփումները բավական ակտիվացել են։ Այս Ամանորին առաջին անգամ Կապանից մարդիկ ավտոբուսով Իրան մեկնեցին, որտեղ ծանոթացան Ջուլֆայի տեսարժան վայրերին, այցելեցին Սուրբ Ստեփանոս վանք։ Իրանից Հայաստան եկողները կանգ չեն առնում Կապանում, այլ միանգամից գալիս են Երեւան։ Պետք է փորձենք այնպես անել, որ թե իրանցիների համար մեծացնենք հետաքրքրությունը Կապանի հանդեպ, թե կապանցիների համար՝ Իրանի հանդեպ»,- նշեց հյուպատոսը։
Ըստ հյուպատոսի՝ ենթակառուցվածքային ոլորտում ծրագրերը կարող են մեծ դեր խաղալ շփումներն ակտիվացնելու առումով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Կապանում բացվեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը։
