ՊՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել զորակոչի և դրան հաջորդող շրջանում տեղ գտած որոշ հրապարակումների մասին

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչվող բոլոր քաղաքացիները մինչև զորակոչվելը պատշաճ կարգով անցնում են առողջական վիճակի զննության անհրաժեշտ բոլոր հետազոտությունները, և իրավասու բժշկական հանձնաժողովների կողմից նրանց պիտանիության վերաբերյալ եզրակացությունները կայացվում են՝ ՀՀ կառավարության 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ի N 404-Ն որոշման հավելված 1-ով հաստատված զինվորական ծառայության համար քաղաքացու կամ զինծառայողի պիտանիության աստիճանը որոշող հիվանդությունների ցանկին համապատասխան։
Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ զինվորական կոմիսարիատները պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչի միջոցառումներին ներգրավված բոլոր քաղաքացիներին պատշաճ կարգով ծանոթացնում են իրենց իրավունքներին և պարտականություններին, այդ թվում նաև՝ նրանց վերաբերյալ կայացված եզրակացությունների և որոշումների բողոքարկման կարգին։ Նշված գործընթացի շրջանակում քաղաքացիները տեղեկացվում են նաև այն մասին, որ «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 25-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասի պահանջների համաձայն՝ հանրապետական կամ մարզային (Երևանի քաղաքային) զորակոչային հանձնաժողովների, ինչպես նաև իրավասու բժշկական հանձնաժողովների և զինվորական կոմիսարիատների (զինվորական կոմիսարների) գործունեության կամ կայացրած որոշումների (տրված եզրակացությունների) վերաբերյալ բողոքներ ներկայացնելը մինչև այդ որոշումների (տրված եզրակացությունների) վերանայումը, չի կասեցնում դրանց կատարումը, իսկ նույն օրենքի 20-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչին մասնակցելու պարտականության խախտումը քաղաքացիների համար հանգեցնում է օրենքով սահմանված պատասխանատվության:
Պետության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու առումով կարևորագույն միջոցառում հանդիսացող պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության՝ զորակոչի գործընթացը չստվերելու և այն գործող իրավակարգավորումների պահանջների համաձայն ու թափանցիկ իրականացվելու մասով հասարակության մեջ անվստահություն չսերմանելու նպատակով հորդորում ենք բոլոր լրատվամիջոցներին զորակոչի ենթակա քաղաքացիների բժշկական փորձաքննության վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներ անելիս զերծ մնալ անանուն և չճշտված տեղեկությունների տարածումից, ինչպես նաև այդ տեղեկությունները տրամադրող անձանցից ստանալ և պաշտպանության նախարարությանը փոխանցել քաղաքացու առողջական վիճակի հետազոտությունների և բժշկական փորձաքննության վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերը հրապարակելու համաձայնություն, ինչի արդյունքում կհաստատվի քաղաքացու պատշաճ կարգով հետազոտված և սահմանված կարգի համաձայն փորձաքննված լինելու հանգամանքը։
