Իրանը դեմ է խնդիրների լուծման պատրվակով այլ երկրների ներկայությանը տարածաշրջանում։ Ինչպես հայտնում է իրանական «Irna» գործակալությունը, ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այս հայտարարությունն է արել Իրանի նախագահ Էբրահիմ Ռայիսին։ «Մենք կարծում ենք, որ նրանց ներկայությունը ոչ միայն չի լուծի խնդիրը, այլ ավելի մեծ խնդիր կդառնա մեզ համար»,– ասել է Իրանի նախագահը։ Ռայիսին ընդգծել է նաև Իրանի կարևորությունը տարածաշրջանի կայունության և անվտանգության պահպանման գործում։

Ռայիսիի այս հայտարարությունից հետո հայտնի դարձավ, որ  Իրանը ծրագրում է փակել իր ցամաքային սահմանները հարևան երկրների հետ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Իրանի զինված ուժերի ցամաքային զորքերի հրամանատար Ամիր Կիումարս Հեյդարին։  «Սա անարդարություն չէ հարևան երկրների նկատմամբ։ Ցանկացած երկիր իրավունք ունի փակել իր սահմանները»,- նրա խոսքերն են մեջբերում իրանական լրատվամիջոցները։

Ավելորդ է ասել, որ Իրանը Հայաստանի շնչուղիներից մեկն է, և սահմանի փակումը կարող է մեծ հարված հասցնել Հայաստանի տնտեսությանը և ընդհանրապես հայկական պետականությանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին խորհրդարանում Փաշինյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել էր, որ հայ-իրանական սահմանը դե ֆակտո ամեն պահի կարող է փակվել՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի միջև հարաբերությունների և աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի պատճառով։ Իսկ հայ-վրացական սահմանը դե ֆակտո կարող է փակվել, օրինակ՝ վատ եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով, աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմանների պատճառով: «ՀՀ-ն կղզի է՝ առանց ծովի։ Այս պայմաններում ինչպե՞ս պետք է վարվի ՀՀ-ն»,- ասել էր վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը։ Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ավելի ճիշտ վարվելաձև, քան Հայաստան և մասնավորապես՝ Իրանի հետ սահման արևմտյան դիտորդներ հրավիրելը Փաշինյանը չգտավ: Արդյունքում՝ ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք:

Հասկանալի է, որ թե՛ Ռայիսիի, թե՛ իրանցի մի շարք այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մեսիջներն ու ակնարկներն ուղղված էին հենց Փաշինյանի արևմտականացմանը, սակայն վարչապետը, կարծես թե, ականջալուր չեղավ հարևան երկրի հորդորներին: Տարիներ շարունակ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը և հասարակությունն ունեցել է մեծ սպասելիքներ, որ ինչպես Թուրքիայի պարագայում է Հայաստանի սահմանը փակ, այնպես էլ Իրանի դեպքում կլինի և կփակվի հայ-իրանական սահմանը։ Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունների արկածախնդիր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը լիովին արդարացնում է Անկարայի և Բաքվի սպասելիքները....
