Ադրբեջանցիները զորավարժություններ են անցկացնում,ահաբեկում ներքին հանդեցիներին․ 2,700 հա օկուպացված է

ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ահազանգում է․
«Ներքին Հանդում պարզեցինք, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները տարբեր ժամանակ իրենց դիրքերի [Հայաստանի ներխուժած հատվածներում] անմիջական հարևանությամբ իրականացնում են ականների պայթյուններ, լսվում են կրակոցներ: Ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն իրականացնում են նաև զորավարժություններ գյուղից այնպիսի հեռավորության վրա, որ գյուղում ներսում պարզ լսելի են կրակոցներ ու պայթուններ թե՛ ցերեկ, թե՛ գիշեր ժամանակ:
Ներքին Հանդի բնակիչներին մտադրված փորձում են պահել վախի մեջ, մարդիկ չեն կարողանում հանգիստ տեղաշարժվել գյուղում, դպրոցի դիմաց են ադրբեջանական դիրքերը, խաթարված է բնակիչների անվտանգ կյանքը:
Միայն Ներքին Հանդ գյուղում ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի ներքո է հայտնվել 2,700 հեկտար տարածք, որից՝
1. 2,400 հեկտար հատուկ պահպանվող հողեր.
2. 170 հեկտար անտառային հողեր.
3. 130 հեկտար համայնքային հողեր:
Նշված 2,700 հեկտարից բացի, 1,000 հեկտարից ավելի հողատարածք հայտնվել է վտանգավոր գոտում, որտեղ կա´մ հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել գյուղատնտեսական կամ այլ տեսակի որևէ աշխատանք, կա´մ այդ աշխատանքներն էականորեն դժվարացել են` կյանքի համար իրական վտանգների պատճառով:
Ու այս պայմաններում, դրել-քննում ենք արդյոք մեր զինվորականները խախտել են ադրբեջանական զինվորների անդորրը:
Չպետք է թույլ տանք, որ մոռացության մատնվի ու միջազգային հանրային օրակարգերից դուրս գան երկրի ու ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական իշխանության շարունակվող հանցանքները:»
