ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված 1897 ուսանող ներգրավված է ՀՀ պետական բուհերի կրթական ծրագրերում

ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածների շրջանում բարձրագույն կրթություն ստացողների կրթության իրավունքի վերականգնման ուղղությամբ Կառավարության կողմից իրականացվում է երկու ծրագիր: Դրանցից մեկի համաձայն՝ հաստատվել են սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ուսանողների 2023-2024 ուսումնական տարվա համար ուսման վարձի լրիվ կամ մասնակի փոխհատուցման նպատակով կրթաթոշակի տրամադրման կարգը և տրամադրվելիք կրթաթոշակի առավելագույն չափերը՝ ըստ կրթական ծրագրերի: Այդ մասին հումանիտար կենտրոնի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեի նախագահ Սարգիս Հայոցյանը:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանման հետևանքով Հայաստան եկած ուսանողները ներգրավվում են ՀՀ պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատության ծրագրերում:
«Ներկայումս, ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի տվյալների համաձայն, ունենք 4640 սովորողներ, որոնցից 2116-ը ԼՂ-ում սովորել են բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում, իսկ 2524-ը՝ նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություններում: Այս տարվա հունվարի դրությամբ՝ ԼՂ-ի բուհերում սովորող, բռնի տեղահանված 1897 ուսանող արդեն իսկ ներգրավված է ՀՀ պետական բուհերի համապատասխան կամ հարակից կրթական ծրագրերում»,- ասաց նա:
Երկրորդ ծրագրով ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում է նախատեսվում ՀՀ բուհերի ուսանող հանդիսացող ԼՂ այն քաղաքացիների համար, որոնց ընտանիքի անդամները բռնի տեղահանվել են ԼՂ-ից:
Ըստ Հայոցյանի՝ այս հարցը կարգավորվում է Կառավարության 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ընդունված որոշմամբ, որի շրջանակում հաստատվել է ՀՀ նախնական, միջին, բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ վճարովի համակարգում մինչև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ը ընդգրկված սովորողների ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման տրամադրման կարգը:
«Այս ծրագրի շրջանակում նախնական հայտերի հիմքում աջակցություն է ստանում 844 շահառու:
Այս երկու ծրագրերի արդյունքում մենք փաստացի ունենք ամբողջական ծածկում թիրախ խմբի, այսինքն՝ մենք բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում կրթական իրավունք ունեցող բոլոր անձանց համար ունենք պետական աջակցության ծրագրեր»,- ասաց նա:
