ՀԱՊԿ-ից արդեն դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումներ չեն հնչում

Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայել Գալուզինը «Իզվեստիա» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է պաշտոնական Երևանի աշխարհաքաղաքական տատանումները կարող են հանգեցնել Հայաստանի ինքնուրույնության կորստին։
Հաճախ են պնդումներ հնչում, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ՀԱՊԿ-ը և Ռուսաստանը կարող են կորցնել Հայաստանը։ «Կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է խոսենք ոչ թե Ռուսաստանի կամ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հավանական կորուստների, այլ այն մասին, որ մի կողմից արևմտյան գործոններով հրապուրվելը, մյուս կողմից՝ տատանումներն արդյոք պետք է լքել ՀԱՊԿ-ն, թե ոչ, կարող են հանգեցնել Հայաստանի ինքնության և ինքնուրույնության կորստին»,- նշել է Գալուզինը։ Նա հայտարարել է, թե Արևմուտքը Կովկասում անելիք չունի և Հայաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ է արել դադարեցնել Արևմուտքի հետ սիլիբիլիները և վերադառնալ Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ կոնստրուկտիվ համագործակցության դաշտ։
Ըստ էության, Ռուսաստանն անթաքույց նախազգուշացնում է Հայաստանին արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու հետևանքների մասին։ Ի վերջո, վերջին 1-1,5 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի գործողությունները պետք է հանգեցնեն Ռուսաստանի կողմից լրջագույն հակաազդեցության, հատկապես այսօր, երբ փորձագետները, անգամ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն արձանագրում են նոր պատերազմի հավանականությունը, Ռուսաստանի այս զգուշացումները չափազանց չարագուշակ են հնչում։
Հայաստանն օրեր առաջ նաև միացավ Հռոմի ստատուտին, իսկ Փաշինյանը բրիտանական «Թելեգրաֆ» պարբերականին տված հարցազրույցում հստակ չէր պատասխանել՝ արդյոք կձերբակալե՞ն Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, եթե նա որոշի ժամանել Հայաստան։ Իհարկե, որևէ մեկը չի կասկածում, որ Հայաստանը չունի նման ոչ ռեսուրս, ոչ էլ հնարավորություն խնդիրներ հարուցելու Ռուսաստանի նախագահի համար, բայց երկկողմ հարաբերություններում առկա նստվածքը չափազանց մեծ մետաստազներ է տվել և այլևս սպառնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գոյությանը։ Ուստի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը փրկելու համար կա մեկ եղանակ՝ հեռացնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ապիկար իշխանությանը։
