Սահմանվել է դպրոցի զարգացման ծրագիր կազմելու նոր ձևաչափը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի հրամանով փոփոխություն է կատարվել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ի «Պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատության զարգացման ծրագրի մշակման ձևաչափը և զարգացման ծրագրի կատարման ամենամյա հաշվետվության կատարողականի ցուցանիշներն ու պահանջները հաստատելու և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի 2021 թվականի հունվարի 15-ի N 16-Ն հրամանն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին» N 35-Ն հրամանում:
Նոր փոփոխությամբ սահմանվել է ուսումնական հաստատության զարգացման ծրագրի կազմման նոր ձևաչափ, որը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում է զարգացման ծրագրի կատարման ամենամյա հաշվետվության կատարողականի ցուցանիշներն ու պահանջները ներկայացնելուն: Մասնավորապես՝ առանձին սյունյակներով անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել՝
նպատակներին ուղղված գործողությունների արդյունքները և դրանց հիմքերը,
չկատարված կամ թերի կատարված գործողությունները,
դրանց պատճառները,
փոփոխությունների և լրացումների առաջարկություններ,
հաղորդակցության և համայնքի հետ հարաբերությունների կազմակերպման մեխանիզմները:
Հաշվետվությունը պետք է ներառի յուրաքանչյուր կատարողական ցուցանիշի կատարման մասին անհրաժեշտ փաստացի տվյալներ, հիմնավորող փաստաթղթեր, վերլուծություններ, որոնք կցվում են հաշվետվության ձևաչափին։
Նշենք՝ ծրագիրը հաստատության ռազմավարական փաստաթուղթն է, որի հիման վրա պլանավորվում են ուսումնադաստիարակչական աշխատանքները հաստատությունում: Ծրագիրը կազմվում է 5 տարվա համար և ընդգրկում է հետևյալ բաղադրիչները՝ իրավիճակի վերլուծություն, նպատակների և խնդիրների սահմանում, դրանց իրականացումն ապահովող գործողությունները, միջոցները և ժամանակացույցը, արդյունքների չափման մեխանիզմները և գործիքները, զարգացման ծրագրի ռիսկերը և դրանց կանխման հնարավորությունները:
Տեղեկացնենք նաև՝ 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 13-ից սկսած պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատության տնօրենի պաշտոնի թափուր տեղի համար հայտարարվող մրցույթները կազմակերպելիս անհրաժեշտ է առաջնորդվել վերոգրյալ հրամանով հաստատված զարգացման ծրագրի կազմման նոր ձևաչափով:
