Ադրբեջանի, պատերազմի ժամանակ ունեցած միակ առավելությունը՝ փողը, հօդս է ցնդում

Զինավոր Զինո Մեղրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2015 թվականի փետրվարին ադրբեջանական մանաթը արժեզրկվեց 34 տոկոսով: Նույն 2015 թվականի, բայց արդեն դեկտեմբերի 20-ի դրությամբ մանաթը արժեզրկվել էր գրեթե 98 տոկոսով տարվա սկզբի համեմատությամբ: Եվ եթե խոսենք կոնկրետ թվերով, ապա Ադրբեջանը որպես նավթային հումք արտահանող պետություն, նավթի գնի երկու անգամից ավել անկման պատճառով, ունեցել է նավթային եկամուտների ահռելի կրճատումներ: Այսպես, Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամի 2014 մաքուր եկամուտը կազմել է 16,2 միլիարդ դոլար: 2015 թվականի նույն հիմնադրամի մաքուր եկամուտը կազմում է մոտ 7 միլիարդ դոլար: 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի արտարժույթի ռեզերվը (պահուստը) կազմել է 15.3 միլիարդ դոլար, իսկ 2015 դեկտեմբերի դրությամբ այն կազմել 5.5 միլիարդ դոլար: Այսինքն 15 ամսվա ընթացքում կենտրոնական բանկը ստիպված է եղել կորցնել 9.8 միլիարդ դոլար:
Կարծում եմ Ադրբեջանի, պատերազմի ժամանակ ունեցած միակ առավելությունը՝ փողը, հօդս է ցնդում: Եվ եթե թշնամին պատրաստ չէ առարկայական քայլերի, խաղաղություն հաստատելու համար, ապա թող այրվեն բոլոր դիվանագիտական կամուրջները և լուսավորեն Հայոց բանակի հաղթանակի ճանապարհը:
