ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հանձնարարագրի հիման վրա Տեսչական մարմինը հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտություններ է իրականացրել ՀՀ, քաղաք Երևան, Կոմիտասի պողոտա, 35/6 հասցեում շահագործվող բենզալցակայանի՝ նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ։

Վերստուգման արդյունքում Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետներն արձանագրել են, որ վերոնշյալ արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտը շահագործողի կողմից չեն կատարվել նախկինում ՏՄ կողմից արված հրդեհատեխնիկական հետազոտությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերված և արձանագրված խախտումները։

ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմինն արձանագրել էր հրդեհային անվտանգության նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի պահանջների այնպիսի խախտումներ, որոնք անմիջական և ուղղակի սպառնալիք են ստեղծում հրդեհների առաջացման և մարդկանց անվտանգության համար։

Ուստի, հաշվի առնելով հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության պահանջների խախտումների ռիսկայնությունն ու վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ ՀՀ ՔՏՀԱ տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի Կոմիտասի 35/6 հասցեում շահագործվող բենզալցակայանի գործունեության դադարեցման վերաբերյալ որոշում է կայացրել, և ՀՀ հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության հետ փոխգործակցությամբ բենզալցակայանը կապարակնքվել է։
