Կարմիր գծերի համար հունվարին Երևանի համայնքային բյուջե է մուտքագրվել մոտ 615,5 մլն դրամ

2024 թվականի հունվարի 31-ի դրությամբ վճարովի ավտոկայանատեղերում (կարմիր գիծ) ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների վարորդները «Ա» գոտում կայանելու համար տարեկան դրույքաչափին համապատասխան (160.000 դրամ) կատարել են 3090 վճարում։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը՝ պատասխանելով Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանը։
 
Ըստ քաղաքապետարանի գրավոր պատասխանի` բացի տարեկան 160.000 դրամ վճարումից, վարորդների կողմից ամսական դրույքաչափին համապատասխան կատարվել է 1600 վճարում (1 ամիսը՝ 18 000 դրամ), շաբաթական՝ 715 (1 շաբաթը՝ 5000 դրամ) , օրական՝ 1290 վճարում (1 օրը՝ 2000 դրամ)։
 

Ստացվում է, որ Երևան քաղաքի «Ա» գոտում կարմիր գծերի համար հունվարին համայնքային բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 529 355 000 դրամ։

Միաժամանակ «Բ» գոտում տարեկան դրույքաչափին համապատասխան կատարվել է 3500 վճարում (1 տարին՝ 24000 դրամ), ամսական՝ 430 վճարում (1 ամիսը՝ 4000 դրամ) , շաբաթական՝ 93 (1 շաբաթը՝ 2000 դրամ), օրական՝ 312 վճարում (1 օրը՝ 1000 դրամ):
Այսինքն` Երևան քաղաքաի «Բ» գոտում կարմիր գծերի համար հունվարին համայնքային բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 86 218 000 դրամ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ կարմիր գծերի համար հունվարին համայնքային բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 615 573 000 դրամ։

Միաժամանակ մեզ հետաքրքրում էր, թե Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցներից քանի՞սն են հրաժարվել սեփական մեքենայով աշխատավայր գնալուց։
 
Հարցի վերաբերյալ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից հայտնում են, որ իրենց աշխատակիցների կողմից սեփական տրանսպորտային միջոցներից՝ հօգուտ հասարական տրանսպորտով երթևեկելու վերաբերյալ վիճակագրություն չի վարվում։ Ըստ քաղաքապետարանի` անհնար է նման տեղեկություն հավաքագրել, քանի որ պայմանական՝ տվյալ օրը տրանսպորտով աշխատանքի եկած աշխատակիցը հաջորդ օրը կարող է աշխատանքի գալ սեփական մեքենայով, իսկ ամենօր նման ինֆորմացիա հավաքագրել հնարավոր չէ:
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է երևանցիների բարձրացրած աղմուկին, որ կան «գոլդ» համարանիշներով թանկարժեք մեքենաներ, որոնք տաքսի ծառայության նշան են փակցնում և կայանում համապատասխան գծանշումով հատվածներում, այսպիսով խուսափելով կայանատեղերի համար վճարելուց, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ոչինչ չի կարող ձեռնարկել։
 
«Այդ հարցն առաջարկում ենք վերահասցեագրել ոլորտի պատկան այլ պետական գերատեսչությանը: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը այս տեղեկատվության տնօրինողը չի հանդիսանում»,–նշում են քաղաքապետարանից:
 
Հավելենք, որ այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հայտնել էր, որ 2024 թվականի հունվարից մինչ օրս «Ա» գոտում կայանելու համար սահմանված տարեկան 160 հազար դրամ վճարը կատարել է 3200-3300 տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդ:
Համեմատության համար տեղեկացնենք, որ 2023 թվականի հունվարին տարեկան վճարը կատարել է ավելի քան 30 հազար տրանսպորտային միջոց. բյուջե է մուտքագրվել միայն տարեկան վճարումներից 360 000 000 դրամ։
