SHAMSHYAN.com-ը փետրվարի 9-ին ֆոտոռեպորտաժ, տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել Արթիկ քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած զինված ավազակային հարձակման մասին, որի ժամանակ հնչել էին կրակոցներ իսկ դիմակավորված ստահակները, ովքեր ներկայացել էին Ազգային անվտանգության աշխատակիցներ բռնություն էին կիրառել Արթիկ քաղաքի բնակիչներ Մ․ Մելիքյանի և նրա որդու նկատմամբ ու հափշտակել էին մոտ 85 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ոսկյա զարդեր։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com–ը։

Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները դեպքի վայրից մոտ 10 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Մեղրաշեն գյուղի 2-րդ փողոցի տներից մեկի հետնամասում հայտնաբերում են Opel Astra մակնիշի, առանց համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ դիմացի աջ դռան հատվածում արնանման հետքերով։

Արթիկ քաղաքում դեպքի վայրում տեղազննություն կատարելուց հետո քննիչներն ու քրեագետները ժամանում են Մեղրաշեն գյուղ, որտեղ իրենց գործողությունները կատարելուց հետո քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Արթիկի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։

Դեպքի փաստով Արթիկի բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 252 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով և 335 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որի շրջանակում էլ ոստիկանները հայտնաբերված Opel Astra-ի սեփականատիրոջը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Պետրոս Մ․-ն է, ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու կասկածանքով փետրվարի 10-ին ձերբակալում և տեղափոխում են ոստիկանության Գյումրի քաղաքի ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացնում են քննչական բաժին։

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Պետրոս Մ․-ն քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվում և տեղափոխվում է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։
