Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է հետևողականորեն կեղծել պատմությունը, իսկ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում միջազգային ասպարեզում այդ քայլերը կանխելու ուղղությամբ։

Վերջին շրջանում Ադրբեջանն իր հայացքն ուղղել է Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող պատմական հուշարձաններին և տեղեկություններ է տարածում միջազգային մամուլում, թե դրանք ալբանական են, իսկ հայերը պարզապես եկվորներ են, ավելին «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի զավթման ադրբեջանական ծրագրում են հայտնվել Սաղմոսավանքը և Նորավանքը։ Ըստ ադրբեջանցիների՝ Սաղմոսավանքն ադրբեջանական մշակութային ժառանգություն է և գտնվում է այսպես կոչված Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի Թյուրք Ղփչաղական Սաղմոսավանք գյուղում, իսկ վանական համալիրն էլ ալբանական է։ Իբր հայերն այստեղ առաջին անգամ բերվել են 1828-1830 թվականին։ Ըստ այդ կեղծ թեզի՝ Նորավանքն էլ ալբանական կառույց է և պատկանում է ադրբեջանցիներին, իսկ մինչև 1988 թվականն այդ գյուղում միայն ադրբեջանցիներ են ապրել։

Ադրբեջանը պետական բարձրագույն մակարդակով, ահռելի միջոցներ ծախսելով փորձում է սրբագրել պատմությունը։ Ողջ աշխարհին համոզել, թե Հայաստանի ներկայիս տարածքն Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան է, իսկ խաղաղության օրակարգի հետևից վազող Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում, մինչդեռ պատմական բոլոր փաստերով կարող էին հերքել ադրբեջանական կեղծիքը։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն էլ գտնվում են ադրբեջանցիների հետ դավադրության մեջ։
