Սիրիացի փախստականներն Ադրբեջան չեն մեկնում

Սիրիայում արդեն 5-րդ տարին շարունակվող պատերազմի հետեւանքով այդ երկրից փախստականները խուսափում են մեկնել Ադրբեջան: Պատերազմի սարսափների պատճառով իրենց հայրենիքը լքող մարդիկ, ապաստանի որոնումներում Ադրբեջանը չեն տեսնում որպես իրենց բնակության համար հարմարավետ վայր, ինչը խոում է այն մասին, որ այդ երկրում ընդհանուր կենսամակարդակը բավարար մակարդակի չէ:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, haqin.az-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է միգրացիայի գծով փորձագետ Ազեր Ալլահվերդիեւը:
Նրա խոսքով` մինչ վերջերս Ադրբեջանում գտնվել են մոտ 1700 ապաստան որոնողներ (ՄԱԿ-ի Բաքվի գրասենյակի 2015 թվականի վերջի տվյալներով` 1484 փախստական), սակայն նրանց մեծ մասն ուղեւորվել է երրորդ երկրներ, մյուսները վերադարձել են հայրենիք:
«Փախստականներն ինչպես գալիս են Ադրբեջան, այնպես էլ հեռանում են: Երեք տարի առաջ 1700 փախստականների 45 տոկոսը կազմում էին չեչենները, եւ գրեթե նույնքան` աֆղանները: Նրանք բոլոր հեռացել են Ադրբեջանից: Իսկ մի քանի տարի առաջ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում 15 հազար չեչեններ էին բնակվում», -նշել է Ալլահվերդիեւը:
Փորձագետը գտնում է, որ Մերձավոր Արեւելքից եւ Աֆրիկայից փախստականները Ադրբեջան չեն գալիս եւ ընտրում են Եվրոպան, քանի որ այնտեղ սոցիալական ծրագրերը գրավիչ են, գործում են բազմաթիվ իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպություններ, իսկ պետությունները բավարար ուշադրություն են հատկացնում այդ ոլորտին:
Փորձագետը նշում է, որ եւս մեկ պատճառ, թե ինչու փախստականների, այդ թվում` սիրիացի, համար Ադրբեջանը գրավիչ չէ, հանդիսանում է այն, որ Ադրբեջանում արաբալեզու արտասահմանցիների համահավաք բնակության համար վայրեր չկան, ինչպես Եվրոպայում:
«Այժմ Ադրբեջանում բնակվում են Սիրիայից ընդամենը 4 ընտանիք, որոնք սակայն, այստեղ են եկել մինչեւ նրանց երկրում ռազմական գործողություններ սկսվելը», -ասել է Ալլահվերդիեւը:
